27/10/2020 15:10 | Has anyone seen this company it is coming up on my radar quite a bit. I listened to the CEO at his morning and they want to grow. No active acquisitions in mind yet but would if the right opportunity comes along. They look a perfect match for GOS to me? | mark10101
05/9/2020 18:02 | Mark and I heard back from the CEO, pretty honest responce. Not all bad, business making a profit and possible future dividend, but, Brexit ruined European expansion plans. Send me your email Peter and I will share it. | chesycustard
04/9/2020 21:48 | Sadly these types are in it for themselves not the average mug punter | the stigologist
04/9/2020 21:24 | Looks like Stig was right about Ilyas Khan then. Don't see him doing to many pod casts these days. Does anyone know how well or not the Intelcrypt business is going. | 1399peter
26/7/2020 11:52 | No reply from our new CEO yet then Chesy. I think you are probably right about Stanhill's intentions to bag the CQC holding. | 1399peter
14/7/2020 10:25 | Pity. Richard seemed like a decent chap, he was always at the presentations/meetin | singray105
10/7/2020 13:35 | Just sent it onto Trevor who took over as Director 1 July (also co-sec) asking for his vision for the Co. He is also a Stanhill Director.I am concerned with the Stanhill Debt and large ownership, we are practically a subsidiary and they are going to slowly move the assets over to settle the debt, leaving us with nothing (this has happened already with part of our CQC shareholding). | chesycustard
10/7/2020 12:38 | Thanks chesy. | moormoney
10/7/2020 12:10 | Thanks Chesy, be interesting to see how detailed the reply is and hopefully not the usual "just managing to keep the lights on" line! | 1399peter
10/7/2020 11:53 | Thanks guysI have emailed Waeseem and Idris (Mark I ccd you in)I have asked 1. What are we doing in terms of future strategy, what is our business model2. How are we going to leverage the CQC encryption keys we have rights to.3. What is the future intention of our CQC shareholding.4. Have we managed to pay down some of our Stanhill Debt. | chesycustard
10/7/2020 09:50 | Richsrd Almeida resigned as a director of Intelicrypt on 1st July Jamie Ridealgh David Houghton Franz Forrester etc They've all come and gone. And what position are shareholders in now? Are we going to benefit from CQC's progress? | rtf777
10/6/2020 11:27 | Just had a look on the CQC website and they are progressing very well, extremely busy through April. I hope this will filter down to our bottom feeder of a company in someway. | 1399peter
27/5/2020 18:15 | "DO you still wish you had held TRX instard of TGL, in view of TRX'S new deeply-discounted fundraising?" You misinterpreted my comment. At not point did I say I wish I'd bought into TRX, I just rued being more than 14.3% down on TGL. I maintain I'm looking at 100% losses here, but I'm happy to be proved wrong. | fovargue
24/5/2020 17:49 | Thanks guys, Waseem at Stanhill was more optimistic, I will perhaps try him again soon. | mark10101 |
