Yus, you're on the wrong board mate. This board is for people who have been waiting for Christmas for six years or so.

Has anyone seen this company

it is coming up on my radar quite a bit. I listened to the CEO at his morning and they want to grow. No active acquisitions in mind yet but would if the right opportunity comes along.

They look a perfect match for GOS to me?

Mark and I heard back from the CEO, pretty honest responce. Not all bad, business making a profit and possible future dividend, but, Brexit ruined European expansion plans. Send me your email Peter and I will share it.

Looks like Stig was right about Ilyas Khan then. Don't see him doing to many pod casts these days. Does anyone know how well or not the Intelcrypt business is going.

No reply from our new CEO yet then Chesy. I think you are probably right about Stanhill's intentions to bag the CQC holding.

Pity. Richard seemed like a decent chap, he was always at the presentations/meetings, he spoke rather positively with me on one occasion and told me that he was also a shareholder.

Just sent it onto Trevor who took over as Director 1 July (also co-sec) asking for his vision for the Co. He is also a Stanhill Director.I am concerned with the Stanhill Debt and large ownership, we are practically a subsidiary and they are going to slowly move the assets over to settle the debt, leaving us with nothing (this has happened already with part of our CQC shareholding).

Thanks Chesy, be interesting to see how detailed the reply is and hopefully not the usual "just managing to keep the lights on" line!

How are we going to leverage the CQC encryption keys we have rights to.3. What is the future intention of our CQC shareholding.4. Have we managed to pay down some of our Stanhill Debt.

Richsrd Almeida resigned as a director of Intelicrypt on 1st July

Jamie Ridealgh
David Houghton
Franz Forrester
etc

They've all come and gone. And what position are shareholders in now?

Are we going to benefit from CQC's progress?

Just had a look on the CQC website and they are progressing very well, extremely busy through April. I hope this will filter down to our bottom feeder of a company in someway.

"DO you still wish you had held TRX instard of TGL, in view of TRX'S new deeply-discounted fundraising?"

You misinterpreted my comment. At not point did I say I wish I'd bought into TRX, I just rued being more than 14.3% down on TGL. I maintain I'm looking at 100% losses here, but I'm happy to be proved wrong.
