01/5/2021 12:15 | Interesting debut there for Dark-trace. Not to sure about the Autonomy link though. | 1399peter
12/4/2021 15:27 | I see Ilyas has got the CQCL PR pumping things out on a very regular basis. Can only mean one thing, he's after some money. | 1399peter
10/4/2021 17:24 | The COVID-19 pandemic should be helping demand for GOS's secure conferencing facility, which could make this year an ideal one for GOS to return to market. "Clouder is a conferencing facility that packs a punch! Easy to integrate into your business and stocked full of powerful features and tools, Clouder seeks to improve the conferencing experience and help your business to thrive. The ultimate smart conferencing platform." | hedgehog 100
10/4/2021 17:16 | CYBA plc (CYBA) - an interesting new addition to 'shell land' last month. There are lots of shells out there, but this is the only one I'm aware of that is targeting cyber security. And wouldn't GOS Systems be a perfect fit. 08/03/2021 07:00 UK Regulatory (RNS & others) CYBA PLC Admission to Trading & First Day of Dealings LSE:CYBA Cyba Plc "CYBA plc ("CYBA" or the "Company"), a special purpose acquisition vehicle ("SPAC") targeting an acquisition or acquisitions of businesses operating in the Cyber Security industry, is pleased to announce that at 08:00 today its ordinary shares commenced trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc ("LSE") under the TDIM 'CYBA' ("Admission"). The Company's ISIN will be GB00BMH18M70 and its SEDOL BMH18M70. Key Highlights: -- SPAC formed to acquire and act as the holding company for businesses operating in the Cyber Security industry in the US and beyond -- LOIs agreed with two US Groups, Narf Industries and Polyswarm -- Team with deep knowledge of the Cyber Security Industry Robert Mitchell, Chairman of CYBA, commented: "Our decision to list as a SPAC on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange makes both strategic and commercial sense as we look to create shareholder value through the acquisitions of companies in the Cyber Security sector, capitalising on the recently announced UK initiatives to encourage the listing of SPACs on the LSE." 31/3/2021 19:59 | Nice tip HH even, took me a while to work out and I am already holder. 🤣 | mark10101
31/3/2021 19:22 | Peter, Another possibility - and perhaps the most likely one - is that Peterhouse (perhaps working with Stanhill) are actively looking to return ITS to market via a RTO (reverse takeover). It certainly looks in good shape to do so, and they are the ideal people to get it done. The pre new money valuation could be a few million pounds. Certainly, Peterhouse wouldn't be looking to buy shares unless they felt that they could make a very good profit on them. P.S. Ray - if you want a potential 20-bagger, then Cambridge Quantum Computing Ltd. - CQCL - could provide a clue. You just need to 'Replace the Quantum ...' | hedgehog 100
31/3/2021 14:41 | Stig, Same to you. I warned people about TRX when you were ramping it with your dishonest b.s. - shortly before it collapsed. | hedgehog 100
30/3/2021 10:36 | Spot on Peter. And come to think of it, was it not Peterhouse that were the brokers present at the original meeting I attended? Can’t be sure but rings a bell, had no idea they were connected to Ilyas. | singray105
30/3/2021 08:18 | Trouble is Singray this lot are not to be trusted obviously. Do you think Ilyas & Co are buying them back because they feel bad about what they have done to investors. I doubt that very much. There is a reason behind it. Perhaps distribution rights, return of equity stake on debt repayment, or just Ilyas planning to IPO CQCL or something related to, (more likely). He is one slippery eel | 1399peter
29/3/2021 11:01 | Maybe we should take the money and you can find us a 20 bagger Stig to get our money back. ;-) | singray105
28/3/2021 14:31 | No idea how the transaction was valued, our debt has been reduced, but if you look on companies House at the Cqcl confirmation statement you can see our Its number of shares and compare to the 2016 statement. | chesycustard
27/3/2021 19:18 | chesycustard 27 Mar '21 - 18:04 - 8353 of 8353 0 0 0 " ... Our Cqcl holding is roughly a third (no of shares) of what it was in 2016" Thanks for that update Chesy. ITS sold 17% of its holding in Cambridge Quantum Computing Ltd. (CQCL)in 2017, so from what you are saying it has sold about a further half of its initial holding since then. Do you know how much money this generated? | hedgehog 100
27/3/2021 18:04 | So you still believe GOS is the intended vehicle to distribute the encryption keys, if it once was, I am not so sure that is the plan. Our Cqcl holding is roughly a third (no of shares) of what it was in 2016 | chesycustard
27/3/2021 17:38 | Thanks for the info Hedge, So why is Khan hiding behind Peterhouse. | 1399peter
27/3/2021 17:19 | chesycustard 24 Mar '21 - 09:43 - 8337 of 8350 0 1 0 "The offer unfortunately is very low, 0.00037p per share as I understand it. Valuing the co at a few hundred k. I said its quite low considering we are breakeven, have an annual turnover a million plus and have out CQCL shareholding. I get the feeling Shanhill capital want out and their debt repaid. The offer seems too cheeky." Chesy, Why now? Stanhill have kindly provided that loan for years, so why would they suddenly 'pull the plug'? If they'd wanted to do that they could have done so years ago. Also, why would Peterhouse be offering to buy your shares? That in itself wouldn't repay Stanhill's debt, just transfer some share ownership. Even if Peterhouse bought Stanhill's stake too, at the price offered to you, the payment to Stanhill would be less than their loan. Could it be that Peterhouse are simply trying to pick up the 'low-hanging fruit' ahead of a full takeover later (e.g. by CQCL) at a much higher price? | hedgehog 100

The last accounts have net assets 3.5x that offer." Thanks Chesy. Technology companies are usually valued at multiples of net assets, not fractions of net assets. And regarding the linkages here. Well, Ilyas Khan is a former head of Peterhouse. And Charles Goodfellow is a former director of Touchstone Gold: 22/04/2014 06:02 UK Regulatory (RNS & others) Touchstone Gold Limited Placing, director change, strategy & TSX delisting " ... 26/3/2021 21:33 | I would not like to comment. Apologies. | chesycustard
26/3/2021 15:11 | Chesy, Charles Goodfellow at peterhouse capital, do you think he is acting on behalf of Khan or friends of. Something fishy going on. | 1399peter
25/3/2021 07:44 | Yes that offer price is low compared to net assets. I won't be selling my shares at that price. | krr13
24/3/2021 20:56 | Thanks for that stig. Gloating as always. We don't have to accept the offer though. The last accounts have net assets 3.5x that offer. | chesycustard
