24/3/2021 15:45 | how does 0.037p compare with the delist price ? | the stigologist
24/3/2021 15:26 | Pound sign in front of that | chesycustard
24/3/2021 15:25 | Correct £0.00037 | chesycustard
24/3/2021 10:49 | I think you mean £0.00037 rather than 0.00037p per share chesycustard, as the pence alternative would value the company at just over £2,500, iirc. | muckshifter
24/3/2021 10:22 | Hi Cheesy, that is cheeky, even moving the decimal place would not tempt me.... | mark10101
24/3/2021 09:48 | We are probably better holding on, maybe under a new owner things improve, also the Cqcl exit event is always on the cards. My value would be immaterial as I calculate it, haven't had the offer email yet though | chesycustard
24/3/2021 09:43 | The offer unfortunately is very low, 0.00037p per share as I understand it. Valuing the co at a few hundred k. I said its quite low considering we are breakeven, have an annual turnover a million plus and have out CQCL shareholding. I get the feeling Shanhill capital want out and their debt repaid. The offer seems too cheeky. | chesycustard
24/3/2021 09:41 | Guys we have an offer for our shares from a buyer, if you want the email, drop an email to Charles Goodfellow at peterhouse capital. Cg@peterhousecap.com | chesycustard
12/2/2021 07:29 | Shows how often I have checked, a big improvement. I spotted the news section also and prompted me to ask when the next investor update was given the last was over 2 years ago. 🤣 | mark10101
12/2/2021 00:43 | It's been like that for a long time. If you look at the news section, the most recent item is from 2018. | rtf777
12/2/2021 00:01 | It has been a while since I looked at GOS’s website and it seems to have made a big leap forward. | mark10101
03/2/2021 18:22 | "GB44224 Jun '15 - 23:43 - 6012 of 8331 0 1 0 Quantum computers will change our lives – but how quickly? 24 June 2015 ... Khan and Harrow recently joined forces at a Town & Gown debate hosted by CJBS to argue that quantum computers are soon going to be affecting our everyday lives. Arguing the other side, in front of an audience of 300 and including guest of honour Stephen Hawking, was Dr Hermann Hauser, serial entrepreneur and co-founder of Amadeus Capital Partners. ..." Interesting to see that Hermann Hauser now appears to be more bullish on quantum computing than six years ago. - "Cambridge quantum computing start-up targets global expansion Riverlane aiming to lead advances in cutting edge technology Daniel Thomas in London JANUARY 25 2021 A quantum computing start-up spun out of Cambridge university has completed its first significant fundraising to help accelerate its global growth. Riverlane is part of the vanguard of British start-ups aiming to lead advances in the cutting edge technology. It is developing software to help people use these advanced computers for practical purposes, boosting chances of turning the experimental technology into commercial products. The start-up is backed by Arm co-founder Hermann Hauser’s Amadeus Capital. On Monday, it will announce its first major fundraising, attracting $20m from existing owners including University of Cambridge as well as Draper Esprit, the listed venture capital investment firm. ..." | hedgehog 100
31/1/2021 10:08 | Only my email with Trevor about 6 months ago, I will follow up with him next week | chesycustard
31/1/2021 09:39 | When I spoke to Waseem last year he was adamant that intelicrypt was holding its value primarily because of our CQC holding which he acknowledged was increasing in value. However I wrote to Waseem 3 times end of last year and then Richard and got no reply. Has anyone else had any luck speaking with the company? | mark10101
31/1/2021 09:06 | Missed that one, I suppose it's something. Obviously not looking good either way. I see CQC is moving along very well, shame Ilyas can't share some of that success with intelicrypt, Once described as a so called sister company by one of em. | 1399peter
30/1/2021 23:28 | Yes, you're right. The domain name is just parked now, with advertising links. We don't even know if the company owns it any more. Completely moribund. However it was Intelicrypt Services Ltd which narrowly avoided being struck off, not Intelicrypt Tactical Solutions Ltd, which is our company. TGL Services (UK) Ltd is still live as well. The three are in a cross-ownership setup with common directors. An absolute disgrace. | rtf777
29/1/2021 13:19 | Looks like the website is no more and the company just avoided being struck off, companies house filing. | 1399peter
19/1/2021 23:25 | The domain name used to be in the name of Richard Almeida who of course is no longer with the company. The ownership and contact details of the domain name have been obfuscated by the new owner. In any case the chances of shareholders benefitting from the development of CQC are most likely dependent on the whim of Ilyas Khan. | rtf777
19/1/2021 21:43 | Probably stig, I have an interest in the sector, so keep an eye on cqc. As I do with 4D and their cancer treatment. If intellicrypt ever show signs of life then good on em. But I'm not holding my breath | 1399peter
19/1/2021 20:12 | Interesting things happening over at CQC JANUARY 18, 2021 The collaboration between Oslo based, Aker BP and CQC saw the design and demonstration of a cutting-edge Quantum Machine Learning (“QML”) algorithm to tackle a multiphase flow classification problem. 15/12/2020 13:29 | very difficult to buy any amount of shares | yus777
11/12/2020 12:47 | You're still on the wrong thread Yus, this thread relates to a company which was suspended from the exchange five or six years ago, and is mostly attended by the holders of what was originally a gold mining company which then decided it was something else, before failing to produce its results and being delisted. Most of the posters here are still living in hope that one day their shares will return to the stockmarket. The TGL ticker on the header has caused advfn to graph and RNS the wrong share. Good luck with Transglobe, but you would get more sense on one of the other threads. | muckshifter
