hi folks- this is very much at the back of a drawer these days for me- anything concrete to justify the ongoing rise, or are we still in vibes territory?

Only another three weeks to the end of the trading period. I’ll be very interested to see how the next trading update looks thereafter.

well Nico, as a pre Bishop very lth i hope that you are right. £4.26 is my b/e on 150k shares.....seemed like a good idea at the time. i seem to recall winning a bottle of champagne from Blueforever for predicting a price of 99p, now that would be £9.90. OUCH!!

Problem is investors suffer from recency bias .If I had given up on Spectra cos they were 20p for 2 years or on Dewhurst cos they were 60p for 3 years I would have missed out on two 10 baggers . Patience is required in small companies . If news gets worse it's different but if the co is producing then be patient for multi baggers . Nigel seems v sensible and if Ryan puts 25k in at 100p for me that's a great sign I'm up 35pct on a lot of my stock here but have no inclination to sell when I believe we will be between 500p and 10 pounds .

Indeed we are lucky to Have Ryan on board with his electro engineering background.
Our management team have a wealth of experience in areas that are essential for Transense to become a success.
Just to follow up on what was said during the Mello talk, I do think this time will be different and as time passes I would not be surprised to see legacy shareholders buy back into the dream because at this low level the Saw oppertunity seems every bit as big as it was back in the day .

Agreed and if Sawsense is a success there's no reason why this can't be a mkt cap of 150m pounds. If it's not then Translogic plus our incoming cash will probably get us to 150p to 200p.I like it a lot .

We needed someone like Ryan on the BOD. His recruitment probably the pivotal moment in Trt development .

Fair enough. Wasn't having a go at magpie. Just think at 100p it's a great buy cos mkt cap covered by Royalties . Latest rise probably due to my tweet so may see some profit taking now . I don't like the option profit at 0p but I do like the cash pile ,buybacks ,Director buying ,airbus project, barriers to entry, patents ,high margins ,additions to BOD and Nigel's conservatism. This is now a top 10 holding for me . Worse case I see a 2 bagger at 100p and best case a 10 bagger if all things go right . I like this one very much . Second line tech the place to be .

Nico To be fair Magpie is one of the legacy investors that over time has been there , seen it all before , read the book , and been let down by Transense so I know what he is saying and fully understand his point of view.
You are also right in saying that you trust Nigel and our present management team to bring our superior saw tech into production because that’s above everything else is my view of the future.
Right from post Bridgestone Nigel and the team have did what they said they would do and backed this up spending there own money for the benefit of the long term future of Transense so they get my vote and I also see a very bright future for Transense.

You also don't see us gaining any revenue in a meaningful way . I'm happier to back the directors judgment than yours as they have recently invested decent sums . So yes I can see TRT at anything between 200p and 10 pounds . Let's see!Sawsence looks so exciting i think it could be worth 300p to us alone in years to come.

Why are you perplexed ? At 100p the mkt cap was covered by the itrack royalties .Surely buying translogic and sawsense for nothing isn't a bad punt?Even at 140p I think both are worth or will be worth more than £6mLet's see but I think you're being overly pessimistic that TRT is worth anything less than the current share price .

Nice to see you are still firing on all cylinders Magpie and good to see that you still follow our progress closely.
I had thought that you might have noticed that Translodgik now doing very well and seen as the medium term driver of growth that will help the company replace the fall in earnings as we near the end off the bridgstone income.
Also you may not have noticed that the way that we do business in our Saw division has changed in that we are able to offer clear vision and a pathway through to production that was not the case under previous management.
Our Saw pipeline is very healthy and growing and will of course bring in serious money as we move forward and the collabaration deals that you say will bring in no income will in point of fact allow Saw to wipe its own face well before our income from itrak runs out .
I should add that we all miss your input on this BB.

Well I made a bad call in December and got my timing completely wrong but the recent upsurge is great for the rest of you.
I’ve continued to watch closely and I’m perplexed by the share price rise which I can see little reason for as yet another collaboration and no revenue gain, and possibly not for years if ever in a meaningful sense, does not equate with a 50% price rise.
I don’t agree that it’ll never go sub 100p again - it most definitely will if it enters the last 2-3 royalty years without a significant SAW income breakthrough.
On the other hand, if that breakthrough comes it will hurtle over 200p.
Not a journey I’ll be on but I can’t lose any sleep over that and I am pleased for holders, particularly the long term ones so enjoy this and hope with some foundation for my latter and more optimistic outlook.

Looks like volume just closing over 143k today, which is nearly 4.5 times the 3 month average volume of around 33k, according to Stocko.

Definitely breakout territory now.
Investor events, institutional and director buying, solid honest realistic newsflow; says to me sub £1 is unlikely to ever be seen again.
A new page has turned.

Without question there is wider interest and the company did reference this during the mello talk, along the lines of quite a good few of the legacy long term holders have now moved on so the new holders are more err positive about the future of Transense.
On days like today I can’t help feeling sad for investors like Magpie who sold out just a few months early but in saying that I am sure he will be pleased for the rest of our long term holders.
Welcome to our new investors who I hope will post on this BB.

Strong start on very low volume, No idea about charts but would not want the price to go to much higher without any news to support. £1.40 would be fair value for me until our next results.
