04/2/2024 16:56 | So long as they are not pillaging the research, development and marketing budgets to do this - or as the old saying goes rob Peter to pay Paul. | pugugly
04/2/2024 16:46 | another 70,000 shares bought back @ 98.5p Now 1,082,856 held in Treasury. per the 1/12/23 RNS: ..."Following these grants there are 1,567,500 unexercised share options over Ordinary Share in issue, representing approximately 9.54% of the current issued share capital of the Company." Since (one of) the stated purpose of the Buyback programme is to negate the future dilution impact of the granted options (hurdle rates £1.50 & £2), it would seem reasonable to assume that the company will continue to buyback at least a further 484,644 shares for an overall average <£1.50. Per the FY report: "Since February 2022, when the Company first announced the commencement of a programme to conduct market purchases of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, a total of 935,356 ordinary shares have been acquired for treasury at an average price of 80 pence each (including 40,000 post year end)." Still plenty of headroom to buyback a further 484K shares and to do so maintaining the overall average <=£1.50 | mattjos

24/1/2024 21:40 | Going private is only the tip of the iceberg when you are not going through insurance , Seemed quite straight forward paying the in demand surgion for the operation but then things not going to plan then more mri scans are needed and more blood test and everything else but then you are out of the nhs system and it all costs , nightmare being honest . | king1pin2
24/1/2024 18:23 | Had same issue 12 months or go private £5000 later no choice Some very chunky trades going on here handbrake on at £1 | shifter2
20/1/2024 09:59 | Yes indeed Major, I don’t think the government knows just how big the waiting list is for over 65s. Not looking forward to the years ahead but with luck Transense should help . | king1pin2
19/1/2024 09:58 | Health is more important than wealth - one of the best reasons to sell an asset. Hope all goes well for Mrs KP. | major courtenay
18/1/2024 14:43 | Well perhaps very sad to report my wife sold 10025 share at 98.5 this morning so not a good day for me being one of the chief bulls as magpie put it. Bit annoying but only one way to get around the NHS waiting list . | king1pin2
12/1/2024 22:55 | Yep, the standard the EU adopted was the same standard it formally protested to the NHTSA about, stating that inaccuracy and warm-up time would have a negligible effect on RTA statistics. Lobbyists got the better of them demanding legislation that wasn't technology specific (ours, instant on, accurate) so the EU then rolled-out inadequate legislation but relied on it to reduce severe injuries and fatalities (5000 fewer deaths annually) to meet their own targets, which of course it didn't and we've seen IRO 75,000 preventable road fatalities since. Driver error? Nope. We all rely on safety systems that simply don't perform. | sojourno
12/1/2024 22:51 | Business has changed significantly, mostly for the better in that time. | scrapiron123
12/1/2024 22:00 | Needs some decent tyre monitoring kit: | major courtenay
12/1/2024 12:58 | Like that Ryan has also picked up a bit of stock alongside the buy back. Was a bit underwhelmed when he initially joined (given his CV) that his initial purchase was for about £5k. Suggests he's building gradually using a portion of salary. Also underlines (again) that management see around £1 as an attractive opportunity. Be interesting to see whether most of the loose stock at this level has now been shaken out. | cousinit
11/1/2024 21:24 | Wow! Thank you. I did not not appreciate that knowledge of the Torque measurement of the helicopter blades was actually a requirement for safety certification. That is a huge impetus for adoption of the technology. The more regulation and legislation we have driving adoption of our technology, the quicker it will get adopted and embedded into into the various (& quite disparate) OEM systems & procedures. Another tick in the box for the unique Transense SAW technology | mattjos
11/1/2024 21:07 | Maybe should have said they're not the only buyer, some other(s) as well. Interesting new video posted on their LinkedIn pagehttps://www.link | scrapiron123
11/1/2024 19:46 | Good to see plenty of others buying too. | scrapiron123

11/1/2024 17:50 | Up 5p - anyone know why on such low volume?? | farnesbarnes
11/1/2024 10:40 | looks like the company is going to take up any opportunities to Buy Back if/as/when stock offered under £1. Interims due in circa 5 weeks | mattjos
10/1/2024 19:08 | Magpies 200k sell won’t have helped and being honest I was expecting a pull back due to lack of news to drive the shares forward . The thin volume large movements are annoying on the way up and down. New sales director at Translodgik and additional manpower now onboard to help process Saw enquiries should bear fruit so better times ahead for our share price . | king1pin2
10/1/2024 17:52 | Down 5p - anyone know why on such low volume?? | petethegolf |
