It certainly got the inmates on the LSE board excited on Tuesday. They thought the leap in the share price on Tuesday was down to the final results. Pmsl. Have a read at these belters: "Market is liking the update" "20p could be on by the end of the day" "Maybe a potential takeover OF Trak rather than BY Trak. Could explain part of today's share price action" "now in top 5 risers of the day that will get people interested" "what is interesting now all the bad news is out the way" "a decent news flow, a full year forecast of profit, few more people coming online, supermarket contract, foward motion in opti, aa takeup, all that is very possible and = 50p plus"

I'd say so yes Dave. RNS says 322000 on 30th jun and 1st jul so the last couple of days since results out. Last time he bought £20000 which I think were for his ISA he bought them on the open market and then had to file an RNS. Interestingly 322000 added to the 278000 he already had puts him on 600000 which is the same or just slightly ahead of Jon Furber. He paid £120k or £125 for his and has 596000. Dont forget Furber paid about £30k for some at around 100p when he first joined the company. Maybe Razza wants more bragging rights than Furber.

So Nadeem Raza has been the volume these last couple of days? Pour encourager les autres? Something smells a bit off.

We've not seen much more than 300,000 bought the last couple of days so was this all Him. Even if it was all his buying its hardly bad news is it. I dont want to keep banging the bull drum because its getting boring. I've been buying as many as I can with any spare money I could find and telling any of my friends and family who will listen the same thing. My dilemma now is to know when to stop buying as the rise finally starts - when it comes.

That's a chunky buy by Nadeem Raza. Over £50,000 worth at 15.69p. More than doubles his personal holding. Director of Trakm8 and CEO and majority shareholder in Microlise who own 20% of Trakm8 shares.

This says it all if you ask me - Prior to the current lock down, this year was expected to be one of very significant growth.

There won't be a company after 2020 so no worries on that

It’s what I’ve been saying all along! No wonder Nikki jumped ship to join Airmax management team, her recent post tells it all. Believe the Group bid manager has also chucked the towel in. But JW still arrives in his new Ferrari! Heard he has announced his retirement plans over next 3 years but will it be enough. He needs to go now!

New Insurance up 26% in June and new fleet improving after the covid-19 (lockdown) hit in April. Recovery play imo.

https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/TRAK/final-results/14596155 "With a significant proportion of revenues derived from the service fees of the installed base, the first two months of the year revenues were 27% lower than the previous year but resulted in a significantly reduced loss because of lower direct and indirect costs." Recurring revenues are key.

Fleet decimated with average 50% drop on revenues. That's where all the money are. And not like any company will buy any during the lockdown and beyond. Incompetent board brought the company down

MASSIVE profit warning, didn't expect it this bad. 1.1m loss when they were touting their own horn for a profitable year... BS. Crook Watkins will blame a whole years failure in 1 week of lockdown. 1% rise in devices is also a huge catastrophe as they lose old profitable ones and replaced with barely new ones that need months now to break even. And then the Outlook shows they are already bankrupt. April to June is telematics strongest quarter, so this is way more important when they said this : "The total value of new Fleet contracts signed in April was 83% down on the prior year, 50% lower in May compared to the prior year and is expected to be 22% lower in June compared to the prior year. Insurance shipments in April at 3,867 devices were 39% below last year, May shipments at 5,447 devices were in line with the prior year. Currently June shipments are expected to be 26% higher than last year. With a significant proportion of revenues derived from the service fees of the installed base, the first two months of the year revenues were 27% lower than the previous year but resulted in a significantly reduced loss because of lower direct and indirect costs. " Bankruptcy not long now, company is bust.

Lol yeah she sold like 50k devices in 3 years there, will do wonders in Trakm8... All good people leaving, sales lost. June is almost out, watch out for the massive profit warning any day now. Apart from profit which TRAK forgot what it looks like 2 numbers that matter in telematics :number of devices and recurring revenue. If these have fallen again it's game over. Debt will also have ballooned to insane levels too. Bust before summer is over?

Trakm8Fan: Yes she was CEO of Smart Driver until Feb this year, so as a former client of Trakm8 she'll soon be up to speed and also know Trakm's BOD. It sounds like she's the fresh blood we need with, as you mention, 'networking in the insurance sector'.

Deltaham: I didnt even know about this. 2 minutes clicking shows her having been at Smart driver club. Then it looks like she left along with several others in Feb 20 just as Calamp Uk became new owner. So seems to say to me that she will help with networking in the insurance sector. Which is where I think we will make our money. hTTps://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09706245/filing-history

See old man Watkins been spending money on marketing or was that Hunt-Masons parting gift!. more importantly, they may have a glossy new front cover but have they fixed the tech issues I hear not, still overheating, falling off the windscreen and videos failing, still no FNOL or ADAS pretty poor for a product launched over 2 years ago. Heard lost 3 large fleet deals recently due to failing tech, any other CTO would've been walked out the door by now!
