See old man Watkins been spending money on marketing or was that Hunt-Masons parting gift!. more importantly, they may have a glossy new front cover but have they fixed the tech issues I hear not, still overheating, falling off the windscreen and videos failing, still no FNOL or ADAS pretty poor for a product launched over 2 years ago. Heard lost 3 large fleet deals recently due to failing tech, any other CTO would've been walked out the door by now!

Maybe Watkins would be more suited to organising one of these? hTTps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OPD_m2laITc

AA smart breakdown dead too, a huge flop for both AA and TRAK. They failed to launch twice like the useless idiots they both are and then covid-19 came and put the final nail to that project's heart. Just pathetic management from both TRAK and AA.

June is here, which month will the profit warning be in? Now or with the FY results in July? Knowing Watkins he'd like to make this last a bit longer, been collecting salaries for doing nothing but destroy shareholder value for better part of a decade, probably got some more loans from the Covid-19 pool to last a few months longer. Debt must be twice the market cap by now and with ZERO assets left after selling their factory 2 years ago. TRAK was losing almost 65,000 devices a year on the good times, I wonder how much it will be now.

Hot off the press. Trak had a review yesterday to all staff. Announced new partners for insurance but no sales yet 2019 sales were published at 71k units for insurance so blondie was pretty close. Nikkis team were 19% up on previous year’s new business and 35% including existing renewals, they said what a great job she had done. My mate is close to Nikki and Sean and believes they left as no bonuses were paid for last year new guy Peter stopped commission ongoing for this year. All told not to speak to either of them so just be legal!!. contact believes they have both been inundated with offers and will pop up very soon elsewhere. Why I’m I telling you this, my pal got me to invest in Trak and he still has shares but believes they are still flogging a dead horse. New guy following Nikkis strategy so he’s bringing nothing new to the table, he hasn’t got contacts, any telematics experience or indeed Nikkis looks and personality! Dealers growing and getting all tracks focus (is cash upfront model so that fits in with cash flow issues) and Watkins said Churn is far too high with still too many tech failures. Think I may take my money elsewhere....

I had enough of this and dumped mine. Unpleasant loss but I have already used that money to get decent increases elsewhere. Perhaps I'll regret it but this is not the same company / play I made when originally investing in Trakm8. It's now a turnaround play with little chance of success in my opinion. If I want to put money into a turnaround venture there are better options. I wish you all luck.

I suspect, there are more than 15 telematics companies in the UK. Anyway, doesn't hurt to be on this framework. The real news however is Bymiles securing £15m funding. Trak isn't their only supplier, but may be of their hardware. Either way, more good news.

Old news. Only framework agreements all telematics companies are on it.

I’m with Blondie. Churn rate much much higher than 10%. Most Roadsense and RM customers left. Apparently Peter telling people the board are Pale, All Male and stale. That says it all! . I’m told Nikki was bought in to transform sales only old man Watkins wouldn’t let her so she was hugely frustrated and resigned some months ago. Big offer to join Big Change. I’m told she hasn’t been short of offers so I’m sure her and the team will pop up soon. Hope this turnaround guy clears all the Watkins out . It’s the only chance of Trak survival!

People don't understand that Fleet has churn rates of 10% and Insurance 50%, they need to sell 8000 Fleet devices and 70,000 Insurance devices per year JUST TO STAY STILL. And now they are selling at even lower margins, practically giving it away for free. Endgame not long now.

Im no liar and no idiot. my insider is very close to the insurance market and whilst there are some numbers the profit levels are extremely small if not miniscule, you would have to do serious quantities to even survive at Trak's current churn levels. Hope those quantities come but I'm still told not happening currently, but any Watkins would say different. I'm told that internally no-one has been told why Nikki and her team have left all been brushed under the carpet and staff been told not to speak to her or team, my contact suspects foul play with her and Morris, only Morris been a shareholder would have to remain silent. More to this than meets the eye here. on the advice I've been given from my good friend I have no reason to doubt him, I'm with Blondie!

Blondie I'll do you a deal. If they are bust by the end of the summer then I'll disappear but only if you agree that if they are still here at the end of the summer then you disappear. The insurance contracts dont mean nothing, they mean a lot. Volume never came from them initially that is true but it is now. Even Jacko's top secret insider told us that insurance is booming. So is Jacko a liar and an idiot too.

The amount of lies and ramping here is disgusting. There's optimism and there's comments like that idiot Trakm8fan above: "Now they have started shipping it is these large scale or significant contracts that have changed the company from loss making to profit making." Are you imagining profits now? The losses mounting year after year and the debt tripling is what you say are now profits? I said it before and I'll say it again, the insurance contracts mean nothing, ZERO. Volume never came from them and it never will. With Nickie leaving, the last hope is gone, someone turn the lights off on your way out. Fleet was the only thing standing and what the virus didn't kill, the internal fighting and mass exodus of top salespeople will. Bust by end of summer is my prediction.
