Thanks chick. Yes I have tunnel vision here too. I could only see this going one way which it has started to do now. Most of my friends and my family who listened all have positions here from prices ranging from 18 down to 12p. My average is a little higher. I was invested here the day this went from 65p down to 15. Now my friends and my family who invested here are all wishing they bought more and some are talking abut doing just that. I have cautioned them all. They know I have tunnel vision here so they know they might not get a balanced view from me. But I cant see much bad news here ... for now.

Track8fanSome people once they have formed an opinion find it difficult if not impossible to change their position. It's common in the police and security forces it's called Information Bias skewing facts and information to fit their bias. The bigger companies like Goldman send their Analysts and portfolio managers on special courses to identify this and have tools to guard against missing opportunities

I'm not gloating. Not sure if thats what you mean. Blondie used to be one of Trakm8's biggest Bulls. That changed. Now their biggest Bear. I'm struggling to see any basis for the doom and gloom now compared to 2 or 3 weeks ago. Trakm8's share price has started to rise since their results improved and then news of a contract win. I remember when JW decided to start buying companies and we all thought he was crazy. Now look whats happening. We are seeing news of a large contact win from one of these acquisitions. This changes Trakm8 from a Black Box company. This now makes us so much more than that. Is it a loss leader I dont know. I'm struggling to see how it could lose money if it is all software. Do we not already employee these software people. What do they do every day at work if it is not make software for us. If they spend their time making this software better so we can sell it to more companies like this one is that not good for us. Does that not further elevate us from Black Box manufacturer. Does that not further open up the possibilities of us selling this software to more large companies like the one in the RNS. Is that why the share price went up. Is that why people are investing here. Have people finally decided this business wont fail. If it wont fail then is the share price too low. If it doesnt fail then will the share price rise from here.

trakm8Fan - a little short on facts to back up your gloat. Perhaps the smallest reason for the company being worth a dime might help your cause?

I can't believe how we used take notice of what Blondie wrote. How the worm has turned. Perhaps Blondie's account has been hacked by a child from China. Blondie I hope you get your account back soon. In the mean time we'll just ignore what the Chinese kid is saying and you'll retain all your credibility.

Remember they were losing 20-50% of devices for 3 months so they are now down around 100k devices less than last year. Recurring revenue will be wiped out, the loss next time will be probably triple what it was last year and with their debt being so high they will never get another loan. My suspicion is a placing is coming to get more mugs sucked into this black hole. No one will participate and probably it's the end of the line. These contracts RNSs reek of desperation of a company knowing it's game over.

If it is true a director bought prior to an announcement then a word to the FSA should bring a response.Having said that has the FSA EVER done any thing?

My dear friend Horndean Eagle. I’m like blondeamon and know the company very well. I know all the directors personally and info i receive is first hand not idle gossip from various people who work there so I know it’s true and valid. Take it or leave it.

The excitement here (and even more so on the other BB) over one order and expected profits is deluded. An order like this will be cash negative initially - stock for fitting to vehicles, costs of installation. The payback will be nearer to the back end of the 2yr contract (assuming the supermarket are paying upfront). If they are amortizing all the costs across the 24 months it will be very bad cashflow wise initially. Assuming this is profitable and cash generative is fantasy..

Horndean Eagle - Nice moniker by the way. I do agree that Trevor seems to play the same game. However, BRH is a diversified investment company and not just reliant on one strand of business like a lot of cowboys. Listed companies have to have non-execs and the pool of those with experience is well stocked with self-servers too. The jury is out on BRH until one of their investments proves its worth. TrakM8 has a long history of underperformance and ‘interesting’ director dealings. But at the end of the day it’ll probably never make a profit. And Amazon it isn’t. So it relies on PI’s constantly getting sucked in to prop its MCAP. Last accounts showed £5.6m of debt I recall. And that isn’t getting paid down from what I can see. For a company with no profits historically or on the horizon (and cash flow issues) I just see this as dodgy as hell. But that’s just a personal opinion as is the rest of this post. Do you own research obviously. Share price rise today is very surprising on that news.

425000 shares traded today so far which is high for this share in recent times. Anyone checking their charts will see the good volume and 5p price rise today. Not sure how anyone can read that as bad news. We have been told this optimisation deal has been coming for months so hardly a surprise but the 5p or 30% jump is considerable. Lets not forget you could buy this around 11 or 12p in March. So price has doubled since then.

Andre - Interesting to hear your views. Why are you not more discerning over at Braveheart. Trevor Brown is a scumbag. Talk about dodgy director trading.

This is shocking insider dealing IMHO. The day before an announcement of a 'major retailer' a director buys more shares. You couldn't make it up. As for the contract, it'll almost certainly be over-promised and under-delivered if history is a judge. And after all the R&D cost, it'll likely lose money when all the remedial work is also taken into account. Anyone buying this news needs to do their homework. All just my humble opinion of course.

All smoke and mirrors typical trakm8 style. Cost more to deliver than contracts worth. Trust me!!

"The high margin optimisation contract award has arrived with the major food retailer. Initial two year term." I notice you insert the words "high margin". Any proof whatsoever to justify the use of these two words? Maybe a pump and out on a little spike? Be quick on the button though as another holder and regular poster on here has expressed this as his exit strategy. I'm sure there's others.

Yes if Razza bought at 15.9 he has already made 25% depending on the sell price. Shifting 300000 will never be easy. I wander if the bears would think Razza selling is good news?

Brilliant. Even if the doom and gloomers say there is no margin here because of high r+d costs lets hope the r+d money has been spent already and now this is just gravy. Plus it puts us on the map with other large companies running complicated delivery fleets. Can only be good news this.
