Judging by the numbers traded and the timing I think it is far more likely that this is private investors who are making a quick buck on the extra shares that they bought. It's just the PI existing shareholders who suddenly got there new shares today (or if they haven't got them yet at least have a good idea how many new shares they are getting. The II got there shares last month and could sell them 20th December. No RNS to indicate that any sold. Only RNS so far is Octopus reducing there % holding although they did increase total number of shares slightly - so few wonder why they bothered - I bought more than they did!

Loks like instition placees selling off for a quick profit. Cannot blame them - only the Company for screwing private shareholders. Totally lost all faith and trust in managment.

So by my calcs this looks like there were 418059 shares issued under the entitlement and therefore there are 832277 shares going to those who applied under the excess application facility - total of 2648010 applied for.
Scaling therefore presumably 31.43%.
Pity they didn't increase the amount for PI shareholders like they did at previous Open Offer.
Note that if you hold in nominee accounts (as I suspect most of us do) the scaling will depend on the relative total holdings and shares applied for by your nominee. i.e. if your nominee has lots of other shareholders but none of the others applied for shares, you will get a lot more and vice versa.

Price of Arrival shares are irrelevant to Trackwise - just as the price of Trackwise shares are irrelevant to Arrival. Need to focus on the businesses.

And in case people are worried that Arrival is on the rocks - it has a $4.9b market cap. $4.9b for a company that has to my knowledge not sold a single vehicle. How do you price that?

You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about-I can accept alternative views but yours is clearly based on rubbish

The placing price was low because new investors came in and could smell blood-some of the existing investors simply couldn’t follow through for technical reasons in my opinion.Timing was very poor-the BODs fault in my opinion.You don’t leave it until Xmas and the last moment to raise money.

Good to see the Q2 order confirmed.I took part in the raise. The orders are expected to ramp up in Q3 and Q4. I was expecting the Q2 order to be £2m, so happy with £2.4m.

I'm 100% aware of that, my point was why are TWD not being more prudent with their forecasts when the situation is so uncertain? All they are doing is setting themselves up for a 'trading below expectations' RNS. It is senseless if they are trying to build shareholder value!

Investors need to think for themselves. Its pretty obvious that the EV OEM is publicly saying that they are starting production in second half of 2022. If that is the case we might expect to see larger orders in H2 2022. Nothing is guaranteed. What the EV OEM is attempting to do (micro factories) is novel. Full production may very easily get delayed.

Very good to see the Q2 PO come through. The recent raise ensures they able to fulfill the first EV orders and allows for some extra kit.

Great opportunity to top up in open offer IMO.

The forecasting here blows my mind, it’s like they’ve got a death wish! Post fundraise, finncap issued an updated broker note with unchanged 2022 forecasts of £22.1m revenue.

Today we learn that the Q1 revenues from Arrival are going to be just £0.39m with a further £2.4m in Q2. This means H2 has to hit ~£11m just to meet their forecasts.

Why wouldn’t you advise the broker to cut forecasts to say £15m & if orders come in you can BEAT expectations? If there is any further delay at all they are going to miss.

It’s just bizarre. No surprise to see the gap up sold off once people put 2+2 together.

As all know, I took part in the Placing.This RNS reinforces/verifies what was put in the accompanying forecasts.It’s good news.

This stock was over £3 a while ago-marginal dilution and things have moved a bit to the right but it’s way way too cheap.

Next step will be a refreshed BOD and I’m expecting a big 2022
