On every thread I occupy and which Buywell visits, I suggest filtering him/her and I do so here and now.

I filtered this poster about a year ago and have never needed to read anything from him/her.

Why can't Buywell answer his own questions.
Answer because Buywell doesn't understand the nature of the business.
Buywell needs to ask himself why is it that Buywell writes about Companies whose share prices have crashed in a negative way.

Yes Buywell and your point is what exactly....I continue to remain long and strong. The share price has been dumped but so what - it isn't the first AIM share to suffer that. My original rationale for investing here remains and whilst a paper profit has turned into a paper loss, I still see this as a solid long term bet. And at least I am allowed to buy shares at 80p whereas it would seem you are not.

It's only a 23% dilution. They had 28.75m shares in issue prior to the raise. They are only issuing another 8.75m shares in total, leading to a new total of 37.5m shares. So the new shares will be 23% of the new total. The market cap before the placing announcing was £41m (at a £1.45 share price), and that was after a large drop due to liquidity concerns. Imo, the market cap should be at least £41m after the placing, which equals a £1.10 share price.

Always wanted some of these... Sounds like almost 50% of the current number of shares are being offered in the raise, to hit 30M overall. (I think), so seems a fair price to get in here.

Looks like I missed today, been on my re entry watch list.

Am I right in saying have to be a shareholder today to buy the 80p offer?

Yes-a bumpy old week.

I put both companies in the fast lane.Bory have enormous potential, backed up with hard won contracts.Their challenge is execution risk-both highlighted this week.

This time next year Rodney but I’m very bullish on both-next quarter will be very exciting

Timing is everything-and Xmas is a poor time to fill a hole.

This is a great company but it needs to move on from this and rebuild some trust with some execution.Should be a fun next quarter

guess the big discount is due to the start-up nature of the tech, the dependence presently on one unproven though well capitalised customer in an ultra-competitive market and the urgent need for funds due to delays on both the customer's and their own part in getting production going so altogether high-risk high-reward.
