From the 2019 AGM statement "The new business being won and developed is by its nature lumpy in its quantum and drawn out in its adoption, due to the need to configure technical aspects of the product in conjunction with our customers' technology."

Anyone who does not get this is going to have trouble staying with the story here.

Richard Sneller bought 3.4% of Trackwise before March 2020 when the company was trading under 100p/share.

Both Miton and Octopus had large positions acquired at the lower price range.

May 2021 - Octopus holding reduced from 14.77% to 13.89%

In February they announced reduction from 15.39% to 14.77%

In December 2020 they announced reduction from 19.6% yo 15.39%

October 2020 they announced reduction from 20.68% to 19.6%.

October 2020 they reduced from 21.79% to 20.68%

September 2020 reduced from 22% to 21.79%

In any case they have been reducing their holding since before the time of the EV contract announcement. In my book this is pure noise and carries no information. IMO.

Very relevant For Arrival and their new 30mill unit EV order with Uber and hence Trackwise which is tied up with Arrival.:California is the first state in the nation to require that nearly all the miles traveled by ride-hailing drivers take place in electric vehicles by 2030The California Air Resources Board on Thursday approved the new rules, which means Uber Technologies Inc. UBER ? and Lyft Inc. LYFT ? will need to ensure that most of their drivers transition to EVs in this decade. The next step is for the California Public Utilities Commission to finalize how the rules will be implemented

These EVs will possibly be Autonomous self driving if the technology/safety is certified by then as Ubers biggest cost are their drivers.

How do you know they’re sells, probably bought first thing and reported after the rise.
If there was selling pressure this would not have jumped.
