Ok. We are all really hacked off here. I think they have not been transparent at all in what they have done or intend to do with the company. I think we have a number of rights they are completely ignoring thinking we are too stupid to realise or care. I feel completely fobbed off my them. For a business there seems to be no plan or if there is we are not considered worthy enough to know it..... any thoughts on the way forward here? Collectively surely we have quite a few shares between us? At this stage I would just like my money back

Who first highlighted the TGL/GOS and CQCL possible link up, HH, then we got confirmation of us investing in CQCL and the encyption Key news afterwards, did HH have a crystal ball or was he in on this from the start?

And we were warned about goings on here, a lot! But HH kept on lapping it up and comparing things to multi zillion baggers from like around the 90's....Then he kept on and on about them working on deals for us reversing into another company about a year ago and shooting to pieces anyone who said the slightest negative thing on here or on LSE. Makes me think now that it was someone in a loony bin....And now nothing. Stinks to me.

Yes but we were given that RSN about the quantum encryption key, but it would seem to me now that this was just a red herring. They stated that this licence has expired at the presentation and that fundamentally GOS could not make any useful use of it anyway, so why did they go down that road in the first place I have to ask myself. In my opinion much of the news that they were pumping out before the suspension was disinformation at best.

When you think how big the digital security market is and the headway these guys aren't making,

I would say they were left behind about three years ago and now have tech that's seriously out of date.

Which also doesn't help me understand why they had a shareholder meeting just to tell us they were barely alive still.

He did post on other reverse takeover possibles but stopped posting on all in May last year. He has not deleted his post which some unscrupulous rampers do post event. He seemed very enthusiastic and like others that enthusiasm encourgaed me in investing here but I knew it was highly speculative play. I think he was pretty knowledgable and I just think TGL did not go how anyone expected, even IK and the managment team.

Do you think he was genuine then Mark? I don't think that he has posted anywhere even on LSE.

HH's last post on ADVFN was 13 May 2018, I did have the odd PM with him but he did not reply when I wrote to him about the recent SH meeting.

Not AIM Peter but a piddly penny share for sure with a big story that came to nothing, traders do ok out of this sort of thing but long termers usually get badly burnt. Its strange how HH has disappeared after doing nothing but praise IK all this time, don't you find this funny?

If it has taught me one thing, it's to avoid AIM shares, in fact all penny shares like the plague, its daylight robbery unless you happen to be an insider. Yes you might get lucky, but I have to say that I have been seriously unlucky and just having one TGL in your share portfolio blows everything to pieces...and there are too many POS like this out there unfortunately.

I have in fact closed my trading account, thanks IK.
And thank you too HH who convinced me to pump money in here.

You and me both, I think they are just interested in paying their own wages and that's about all it will ever amount to.

Mark,

I kind of think that might have been the missing part of the shareholder meeting. Perhaps they expected to find out if they had been awarded any Gov cash but that news was delayed, not unusual for a Gov body to be slow and unreliable is it lol.

Bill,

I agree with you about the CQCL sell off, that was underhand. And as Singray has said they all seemed to be well versed and singing from the same sheet during the meeting.

So yes! perhaps they are not being as decent as we would like to think. Another thing that stands out for me is asking the people at the meeting if they had any ideas for new products, SERIOUSLY!! how amateurish is that.

Perhaps you are right about some sort of regulatory need for a shareholder meeting.
Or that Ilyas was worried about some sort of damage to his reputation as he was involved in setting this all up.

As you previously said, they were taking the high ground knowing that there was a growing feeling of discontent among shareholders who were talking to each other on internet forums.

So lets keep up the pressure on these people who have our money and keep on talking about their business that isn't doing very well, apparently!!

Lots of things do not make sense to me at all. I too have thought that perhaps they had ‘news’ for us and then something changed . Has given me the same feeling I had after the last investor call we had. My main confusion comes from the fact that their website for GOS seems to say one thing which they barely talk about. All they talk about or don’t talk about is their Top Secret stuff. There is never any mention of their mobile phone network they use, Fuss Free Phones or smart desk systems. Surely these all have clients which can vaguely be discussed? I would have thought the whole section on their website on the GOS platform and whether businesses and personal use are interested in it and its growth potential could have been discussed? To me there didn’t seem to be much of a tie up between what they said at the meeting and what is on their website. Apart from that my main confusion is why on earth have an agm at all? I wonder if they needed it to satisfy something for themselves, whether it be some regulatory aspect or so we would stop asking questions for a while? I unfortunately don’t buy into it was nice of them to update us. I may be totally wrong here but let’s not lose sight of the fact we are investors and they are holding our money captive for years now!! We are given false promises and very little news for years! Also if they were being so decent to us then why were we not told or in on the discussion for any sale of CQCL shares. Don’t forget some of us made an investment decision based on the tie up with CQCL. I know the argument is I should have got to the meeting myself to see the mood in the room and the answers to the questions first hand. To those that did attend was their any indication as to when the next one will be? I think Peter we are both as confused as each other on this one.

Hi. I’ve never left a message here but have about £6k invested and would like to see some returns. I was really surprised when they took this off the market. Anyways, I just want to thank you guys who went to the meeting and keeping us informed. Also to all who still keep posting to keep this hope a little alive that I will one day see my money back. Maybe one day when I am old and look back on this I find out they returned to the market and are the new miscrosoft of security and I am rich. Would be a nice retirement surprise. Anyway, thanks again to all you out there in the same situation and keep us all updated if you can!

Like you Bill, I am struggling to make sense of it so I can only assume they might have had something more planned but perhaps those plans changed at the last moment.

Obviously I could be doing the usual 2+2=5,

Singray, I agree it was nice of them to update us, but why go to all that trouble of arranging a venue to tell us what we already knew pretty much.

The only thing I can think of is that it was a way of telling us but not too publicly as to draw bad press for the business and affect any present or future contracts.

That makes sense, but then they could have just kept quiet as they have done for the last three years.

I'm just going around in circles here lol

To be fair, this has stunk to high heaven for a long time, but they are very united in their spiel so its impossible to gain any real insight. Clever taking the high ground; after all they have done us a big favor in giving us the opportunity to go along for an update.

I totally agree Peter. Fundamentally, when they are under no obligation anymore to hold an agm for us to attend, I do not understand why they have when it was so negative! What on earth was there to be gained from it?

Bill,

It certainly sounds a bit of a mish mash. What I really don't get is why a company would want to project this at a share holder meeting.

If it was a chain of restaurants you would be giving Gordon Ramsay a call, what a mess
