So very little knowledge of CQC quantum key yet it talks about it on CQC website. Can’t obtain funds from anywhere, not a venture capitalist wanted some skin in the game.... nothing. If they seriously asked the question of any ideas of new products then we are completely lost in ever getting our money back.. how about they ask Cambridge quantum to speak to Microsoft if they have any ideas (the announcement of their partnership on December 11th),? Was anything talked about with the GOS platform in terms of their international roaming plan with business and personal (this wouldn’t have the TOP SECRET stamp on it surely? My understanding within busines is a 60k loss is not that much... how much do they sell each unit for? What are the sales projections for Q1, Q2 etc.... seems to me a very sweeping statement to say we may break even next year! Also the bit about the tech person leaving and creating a bit of the problem. This was the same story said about a sales guy a little while back. They have increased their numbers on LinkedIn from 3-9 people within the last 6-12 months. Interesting move when running st s loss.To me the line ‘if we have any ideas of new products or services to let them know’ says to me they really do not have a clue who to employ or we are being sold a pup in the hope we will just be quiet .

I guess they might have been trying to judge the mood or see if anyone with deep pockets turned up. If they are serious about funding though, they might want to be a bit more focused by the sounds of things

No obvious reason Peter, just an update I guess. Think they would like to raise funds but know that none of us would invest any more money. They also said if we have any ideas of new products or services, or business for them to let them know.

So do we know exactly why they held this share holder meeting, was it due to us lot on ADVFN asking for some info.

I kind of get where Bill is coming from on this. If they were just doing the decent thing that's fair enough other wise it doesn't really make sense.

Yes they were very decent, and they are keeping the business afloat for a reason, maybe they are all drawing decent wages so happy days but they deny this, maybe only IK himself knows why they got involved in GOS in the first place.
We still have a large chunk of the CQC shares, it was even suggested to get shot of GOS and just hold the CQC shares since they are likely to continue to go up in value, but they rubbished this idea of course.

Thanks Singray for sharing the info, It's a difficult one really. (ITS) business is so secret its highly unlikely they could find a buyer. Unless someone like BAE systems were interested.

I suppose it was quite decent they had a share holder meeting to let people know what was going on. This time next year Rodders

To me a lot of things don’t add up but perhaps it is just me? I obviously wasn’t there at the meeting so I will keep quite as quite rightly so Singray knows exactly what was said. I feel quite hacked off though and you don’t Singray? Like I said perhaps I am missing something. One question though was all the info about GOS or Intelicrypt?

Cheers sing. Not great but not worst case scenario. Idris had said about a third of CQC shareholding had been sold. From your comments do you believe we (ITS) now no longer has a holding at all?

Good news is that the company is not going bust, bad news is that its going to be years before we are likely to see a return on our investment. One shareholder suggested that we will still be sitting there talking about our rosy prospects in 2025.

One more thing, they are not set up for 5g which is coming soon of course, its going to be quite expensive to upgrade by the sounds of it, but they are cutting overheads to the absolute bone so should be manageable, some tech guy left at the end of last year thats also created a few problems, a new project has had to be delayed. All of the staff have a high level of security clearance, they get to see things marked TOP SECRET, so vetting new staff is important. This is another reason that it is difficult for them to get involved with other tech companies/joint ventures etc.

Hi guy, yes we went for drinks after the meeting, quite a few of them in fact, one of the GOS people was in there also and was very positive about the future, got home late. Nothing new to report though unfortunately, yes they have been running big losses, expected about £60k loss for 2018, break even 2019 hopefully. Stanhill will continue with their line of credit and CQC shares were sold for working capital, almost impossible to raise funds right now. Some new products, main business remains the police forces, Stanhill remain very positive. No link up, no buyer, no RTO. The quantum Key business seems to be a bit of a red herring, one day maybe, they denied that CQC have a working Quantum encryption key, as far as they know its not something that GOS can make use of as things stand and the rights that we had have expired, they do seem uncomfortable talking about this though when it is brought up.

SD99 is a really decent fella, he may have something to say about our options going forward. Thats about it folks.

FB, yes interesting. Sinray has been a good and regular poster here, the silence is unusual. I have not heard back from Idris yet, it maybe they do need NDA's to be signed and don't want anything posted on public forums. Hopefully that is a good sign and the business has entered an important phase (optimistic hat on)
