Am just saying it is standard practice before an agm to give out an agenda. Hardly
going to give it to just me are they?

Looks like the guys will be getting an easy ride on meeting day.

Known attendance so far from shareholders = zero

Perhaps they can save shareholder money on the tea and biscuits.

Yes there are 680m Intellicrypt shares in issue so if they were selling you would probably be looking at anything between 0.15p to 2p a share. Not really life changing I wouldn't imagine

FB we have shares in the same quantity as TGL. When I spoke to Waseem he believed value had been maintained. If it has that would be fantastic if represented in a sale.

Yes thanks Cheesy. I agree Mark shouldn’t we have an idea within the agenda of what they are going to discuss. Also how can it be an annual general meeting when we haven’t had one for nearly 3 years!

Thanks Cheesy re phone in. Maybe it would be sensible to give share holders an idea of the agenda, it may help people decide whether to go or not. I have the very real danger, despite having a 5 digit monetary holding, that the rail fair will be worth more than my current holding!

Most of this sort of tech/security is going to Israel and China from I have been reading, maybe they have found a buyer? This would be the best news all round.

Come on Mark, first train at 7am, last train back, see how the other half live in these merchant banks, go for some Dim sum in China Town, go for a pint or two after the meeting, or even afternoon tea at the Ritz which is just round the corner from them, treat it as a day out? Anyone else thinking of going?

Being delisted I didn’t think they were under any obligation to hold an agm which shareholders could attend so why are they even bothering?

I agree with Mark, I seriously doubt they have much to say, it will all be jam tomorrow talk as usual. If they had some decent news they would have released it already.

Singray, it is 3:30 from my nearest station, plus getting to the station. Doable in a day but given the last update I certainly would not have wanted to travel for that. I listened on conference call, is that available this time?

Singray you champion. Questions to ask:

1) why no updates for shareholders
2) why the accounts show a negative balance
3) whats happened with the gos investment?
4) what are the plans for the future
5) how many staff(what do they all do?)
6) are there any plans for directors to change the direction of the company or are they planning and are the any dilution plans?

i am manchester based and will be out of the country at the time of the meeting so wont be able to go. be curious to see if there is a single honest answer.. i suspect the usual sweet mouthed responses which are not entirely honest.

Singray105, I am based in Devon if not I would go. I agree it would be good to get some representation. I PM hedgehog because I was wondering if he was going, I have not heard back but he has replied in the past.

Well all we have done is moan on here for two years, and yet no one seems to be interested in going, very strange. I went last time remember, on my own, not even hedgehog turned up, that didn't surprise me though.

I think at least 2 should go, on your own like a cuckoo is not so much intimidating, they are friendly enough, but it will be hard to put your points across as there will be quite a few there representing the company of course. Make sure you have questions ready to ask, be prepared.
