Yes do that Peter please. They have been taking the pish for way too long now, if there is any action that we can take as small shareholders I'm up for it.
In fact it's not even the money now, it's the principle of the matter, we have been treated with complete and utter contempt in my opinion.

And where has Hedgehog gone? Shooting everyone to pieces who said the slightest negative thing here, persistently and dogmatically drawing punters in on virtually all of the internet with his spiel; High Tech, High growth, RTO's, re-listings, fantastic value, multi bagger, CQCL link up, blah, blah, blah... He's disappeared completely, no more posts anywhere, yeh I've checked...
It seems to me that he was an integral part of this..... dare I say it, scam?

Perhaps I should write to the FT and ask them if they know anything about Intelicrytps future plans. I bet they know a lot more than we do.

When was the last official update..almost 2 years ago? I thought that shareholders should be getting a copy of the accounts sent out to them each year as a minimum?

I spoke to Waseem at Stanhil a few weeks back and he was very complementary of the managments recent efforts so I am still hopeful, like Cheesy, there is still a path forward. Not suggesting all is rosy but the team are still working hard from what I can gather.

I made contact, the plan is for an investor call shortly. Don't things are great but I am hoping 1. Stanhill have invested too much to let this fail and 2. We will eventually roll out the CQCL keys, which had always been the reason GOS was acquired. Maybe time has been our enemy.

I haven't had the chance to ring them yet bill, so I can't accuse them of ignoring me.

I think its obvious they are struggling, but without actually knowing anything about their contract success or otherwise its impossible to predict, but I am leaning towards the belly up scenario in a few months time.

After 3 yrs of this being delisted anybody any thoughts on what we collectively could do? Are they just ignoring all calls and e mails now or has anyone had any success ?

I can only guess that they will strip what they can out from now on, was our tech worth anything to someone else I wonder, there are lots of competitors in this field that I can think of.

So do we have any rights whatsoever as small shareholders?

I have just emailed both Ilyas and Idris asking for some sort of explanation as to why and who the assets were sold to.

If as you say it has been moved to another part of the company, we need to know why

The debts are what they call intercompany loans.. So on paper what debts exactly?

Guys lets not get ahead of ourselves here. 16% or £34k of the original £200k investment in Cambridge has been disposed of. We don't know who they were sold to.

There should be some sort of explanation from the company as to why they have done this. And I expect the answer will be debts. But selling the family silver to cover such a small debt looks suspicious and underhanded.

if its transferred to stanhill, it sounds like their planning a seperate new entity to come back to market, without any baggage of old investors who they have screwed over.
