Shareholders permanently in the dark - no updates.

Part of Cambridge Quantum shares (Probably our biggest asset) held by Intelicrypt Tactical Solutions transferred to Stanhill.

It stinks.

Sounds like some fraudulent activity is going on. I wonder if there is the possibility of suing Ik and the board of directors directly.

5 more days in September to go to get our update. I'd prefer bad news at this stage so that I can draw a line under this, fed up with just hanging around waiting and being fed more bs.

I don't think you will get anything like a business update or forecast. Since noticing the Intelicrypt results the other day, and then TGL services (UK) Ltd, I've had a quick look to see if you could deduce anything from them, and also checked for any "subsidiaries" posting results - and found which is Smart Desk Systems.

The one thing common to all those results is that they reveal almost nothing that you could work on. For example the current debtors of Intelicrypt are shown as £883K, which you might think represents @ say 90 days average debtor £4m turnover per year, but then it turns out to be all owed internally by other group companies so "debtor days" is effectively anything they want it to be. All three sets of results are unaudited and take advantage of every available loophole to avoid providing information, as you can see in the notes to the accounts.

The one thing that I did notice that looked interesting was that in the Intelicrypt Solutions accounts there was in assets £200K "Other Investments" at end of 2016 which had a "disposal" of £34K in 2017. That looks suspiciously like the investment in Cambridge Quantum to me.

singray.. ilyas probably made a few million from this using phantom trading orgs.. like they all do.. so the £250k was just pennys to pull in suckers.. worse case its a untaxable liability so he can write it off that way.. shrewed

No its an account that I have not used in over a year so no liquid funds, thats why they are charging me Peter. Maybe I should just pay the fee again and see if we get that update within the next 3 months? Be just my luck that I give them to charity and then they come back to market next year!!!!

My brokers have asked me if I want a certificate sent out for Intelycypt costing me £59.50 or if they want me to donate it to charity at zero cost, am paying £22.50 a quarter to hold these shares so at this point I don't know what to do. Got to let them know in a day or two because the quarterly fee is due and quite frankly I'm fed up paying it now.

Where's Hedgehog? He can usually put a positive spin on things?

Brokers said the company is worthless, is this the end?

Lets wait and see if the update provides more info. When I spoke to Stanhill recently they were of the view value had been maintained since delisting. Those number are hopefully not the whole story.....

They did say there would be communications accompanying the accounts. It is hard to see how Intelycrypt can be worth the £3.5m we were pre-suspension, maybe the investor update can make things clearer.

ih....do you really think that after all this time that they will give us mugs a cut of the quantum computing market? For now, lets just see if we even get a September update by the end of this month....?
