03/8/2006 13:46 | thinkBIG, your news coming next week or soon is becoming a bit of a habit..it is not materialising IS IT?...say enough times it will eventually come...if I can use that style too!...It proves you know nothing really | jailbird
03/8/2006 12:57 | thinkBIG? - there was a trading update on 10 July. Why will this news you are expecting make any difference? | andrewbatchelor
03/8/2006 12:25 | Yes i know buying has stopped but, the market in general is dead, still holding and waiting like everybody else. I know i have said news will be due!! was expecting news over the coming week, but now it will not be out till end of month!! VI is on holiday next week, will say everything is ahead of plan just have to wait, their are some big buyers waiting to buy in now as well. You will just have to wait, will buy more when he comes back of holiday as well, no volume around now over the next two weeks every one is on holiday, I am off on the 26th for 3 weeks but will top up before then. Still stick with 14p by results (Sept) and 10p before month end. | thinkbig?
03/8/2006 11:00 | thinkbig.. "Staying with this one again!! starting to move of the bottom with volume last week, plenty of news due over the coming weeks, buyers have returned raised money at 8p with directors buying most off the shares target 10p by weekend" a day left then! | jailbird
03/8/2006 08:58 | tb, looks like you were the only decent buyer recently or one of your mates... volume has dried up again. | jailbird
03/8/2006 08:43 | Balence small losses, which we already have some idea about from last figures aginst, growing profits from Verticles. Local can grow at its own speed, or money from Verticles can be used to advertise. Anyway Local has clearly grown by word of mouth on the web, advertising is not always needed for web growth. New popular sites fly out from back bedrooms, its a whole new world. Look at Verticles. They will concentrate on Veticles as the story to move the sp, and if they told that at the presentation two factors are in play. 1 Wrong time, end of July.Falling market, small aim shares, not flavour of the month, let alone year. 2 As I said a few weeks ago, moving a real loss maker is traditionally a huge problem to start with.It will take more than talk on this one, real consitent profit needed. | haydock
02/8/2006 19:42 | yes more hits ham but they had more hits last half of 2005 and still lost money about the same amount of hits as now, something has to be done to increase local profits .other parts of buiseness doing well so have to hold this is medium term . new sales team will turn touch around i suspect. | rossstar3
02/8/2006 19:37 | even local is getting more traffic (more hits more money) see the traffic graph as a proof | hamidahamida
02/8/2006 19:14 | haydock...presentati | patviera
02/8/2006 16:47 | Why worry about Local at all? If the figures for the Verticles are even anyway indicative of the future, Local will be the back number & certainly will not cause a cash flow problem going forward. It can grow at it's own speed. Local is the red herring, Verticles has grown rapidly & unanounced, and KP, if he is even partially right is showing where the market should be looking, but it isn't. Everybody has been missing a trick even the regulars on here. The cash flow problem could be short lived, and cash flow going forward could be very significant. I wonder if they told the assembled throng when they did that presentation? They still have'nt told us the story. | haydock
02/8/2006 16:45 | hamida...i dont doubt that...but surely for touchlocal to have a chance money is needed for advertising? | patviera
