26/6/2006 14:22 | Current share price of 5.5p = £4.1M. Assuming cash neutral since 31.12.05, then it should have cash of £1.2M + £0.7M from placing, lets say £1.5M. Mediazest is 'worth' about £0.5M, which leaves about £2.1M for the business. Equity Development's forecast EBITDA is £0.8M (2006) and £2.0M (2007). | stemis
26/6/2006 14:16 | Presumably you mean the Equity Development note Market value of 14.65p (=£10.8M cap) based on 10 x 2006F EBITDA of £0.8M plus cash/investments. | stemis

24/6/2006 17:06 | I reckon most knows exactly my thoughts on the youngster but the point I am making is after getting so involved in this stock, refusing to listen to reason and shouting how great this stock was,how does he expect anyone to even care what he thinks about TOU. Either he's sitting on a massive loss or sold at a massive loss or never held in the first place. I mean investing in a stock because the chairman says he's holding for his grandchildren to me is not much of a reason to invest. He assumed all the earnings never looked at any HARD figures and got stung for it. Now with TOU at these levels maybe it is worth a look for some upside lets face it zero is not that far away so the risk reward is more favorable if you've done the research right. I made up an email name and was teaching him a few things about fundies lol me a humble chartist advising the great invisage on what you look for from a fundamentals viewpoint and him taking my advice and posting what he learnt from me was quite funny;-) all I did was read it in a book was'nt hard at all to find out. | techanalyst
24/6/2006 15:11 | Vis you never answered me mate did you duck out of TOU at a big loss or do you still hold tia ;-) | techanalyst

24/6/2006 10:32 | as we all know but just to emphasise how important i think this is,tactrade paid 450,000 stg for 50% revenue in touch verticals ,this will be used to set it up as a profitable entity so no fundig problems i would hope ,plenty of good news to come . | rossstar3
23/6/2006 21:19 | Tamer Ozmen, Chief Executive Officer at Touch Group plc added: "Here at Touch Local our goal is to bring SMEs into same playing field with the large corporations to take advantage of fast growing online advertising and search market. Going a step further, we are able to deliver value through performance related products, enabling SMEs to see the real value of their investment and track the source of their leads. For example, >>>>>>>>>we were the first company to bring Pay-Per-Call to the UK market. This has proven very successful, and to date has led to our>>>>>>>> 135% year on year growth.'' here is why pay per call is growing so fast Last week, AOL became the largest online service to offer the comparatively new pay-per-call format to search advertisers. Pay-per-call is rapidly gaining traction among search marketers, especially those targeting a local audience, and if you're not familiar with the format, it's worth a look. The premise behind pay-per-call advertising is straightforward: Rather than presenting a sponsored link to click through to an advertiser's web site in response to a query, pay-per-call ads display a toll-free telephone number. The searcher can still click on the pay-per-call ad, but rather than visiting the advertiser's web site, the user sees a brief information page about the business. The pay-per-call format solves a problem for the millions of businesses that don't have a web presence, but still want to be found by online searchers. It's especially effective for local businesses, since pay-per-call ads can be targeted for users in a specific location. | hamidahamida
