That means on the reports alone they could turnover over, 7 millin £ as now they are going for 60 reports as before from the note it said 50.

Waiting for news of tie ups with one of the big internet companys to that should be out over the coming weeks, thay are trying to do a deal with NTL

But it does not say they still have cash flow problems, so this is another small step in the right direction & here come the buyers.

Anyone remember how much they make per report , it was quite a lot historically? Anyway its good positive cash flow, to keep the ship afloat.
Now what is the whole package worth?

They only need to advertise the Touch Local side of the business & the money will be generated by borrowings when they can, or by the growth of the other side through the verticles.
If the whole thing grows in any cash positive direction they will start to advertise, but just look at the growth they have achieved without.
I agree it could be the boost that the local side needs.
On the other hand more local county links are cheaper & more effective a la Cambrigeshire ?

We can only go on the bullish sounds coming from the company & the figure projections in the report they commisioned. However Vincent is always bullish!

Two cash flow bottlenecks have been solved by the new share buys @ 8p, a very positive, sign long termas it was a team of people, who knew what they were committing to longer term.
The other input was from the chairman, in the form of a loan which was clearly to cover the rapid advance of the Briefings Verticles,a really worthwhile move, and a way to grow part of the business more rapidly than was possible by organic growth.
OK it demonstrated cash flow weakness, but the job was urgent anad a way was found to develop an area with good positive cash flow potential from the beginning. It showed a degree of get up & go, not lie down under the problem & go belly up.
Everybody is hanging fire for the real figures, and future projections.
Its a listed share & these will come soon, anything else is only a guess, but clearly this company has had a very heavy R&D programme which will continue, but not at the same level, and with the benefit of increasing cash flow from what has clearly been a successful beginning.
We hear that the web is now beginning to work from the shreiks daily on the high street.
We know that Touch has done the work, and not yet spent on advertising.
However we have to draw our own conclusions & bite the bullet and be patient, or sell.
This week has begun to see quiet & sanity on the bb & indications of the value of the company, or its parts, to others, and in six months the market will project forward another 18 months on the figures.
I await the date of the AGM.

Well I will feel a lot happier when it actually turns blue on the bottom line.
However the price for a buyout, & this other lot or somebody else could do well with the platforms & hits, is far higher than the share price anyway.
This has not been included in the price, in what is an active m&a sector.
Also they have losses which are useful against tax, again not in the price.
Add this in to your turnover price, & if they can go cash positive you have a share price which will be very upwardly mobile.
However we have to get past the negatives first, no more cash problems so far, at the moment, and I believe they will cope anyway, but the share price might be diluted.
Its a waiting game, but not as risky as some think, the light is at the end of the tunnel. The next six months should see the turnaround, if they can control expenses.
An AGM will be the definate test.

haydock--Agree with You 101%

Infs is priced at 4 times the 2005 sales 1.5 MILLION =market cap 6.1 million

if we give touch same ratings as infs than its under priced by 34.75p per share

Touch 2005 sales 7.4 million * 4= 30 million market cap or 40 share price

Touch 2006 sales forcast 11.6 million

The valuation & launch of INFS backs up the point I have been making for months .
The assets of Touch are at a knock down price at the moment.
Valuations of companies in this sector are once again sky-high.
Why does TOU, not respond to this news?
Well there has been the odd informed nibble over the last two days, but I was re-reading a cutting from the FT saved 20 years ago, which explained the herds view of a share which has bitten investors as badly as Tou has.
Once bitten at least twice shy, re-rating is a long slow process, but it will begin perhaps very soon, this share lauch is another drip of positive information.
An AGM will be the next drip.
Anybody got a date & planning to attend?
