07/8/2006 22:07 | When I get time, I will phone and find out how much it costs to become listed as a 'supplier' in verticals. If numbers are going to be multiplied into millions of t/o figures, I want to hear it from the horses mouth - chinese whispers and all that. The price of everything TOU have for sale won't be a secret, the sales force will tell you how much you have to pay and you can count all the suppliers in the verticals. Figures are being banged around here which could easily be 'possible' costs of advertising not actual costs of advertising. We have trade advertising on our site which officially costs £1200 a year. Except that it doesn't, because there's lots of optional listings. We'd rather have a foot in with advertisers than have it shut in the door. By the way any talk of shorters is nonsense - if they were here at any point they would have been here when the share price was overblown. As far as I know they don't short companies that have already plummeted and gone flat (well the good ones don't). | yump
07/8/2006 21:20 | thinkbig...didnt u say these would be 10p by end of month?...doesnt seem to be any interest..a buyer at 5.5p doesnt maen these are going to double!! | patviera
07/8/2006 21:13 | touch have already said they will be hitting 60...noo?...i agree there is a big buyer..but at only 5.5p....i thought u were going to buy another 200?..u not bullish any more?....touch have always promised without delivering...they have taken on many new people and yet havent shown any increase in revenue...if touch local doesnt take off then surely company needs to raise finance? i agree though..down here its a fair punt/option money...mkt cap only 4.5m.... | patviera

07/8/2006 20:48 | Their is talk of some kind of tie up with yahoo still, but it has taken more time than they thought to do some kind off deal, Yahoo like TOU is rich content on its web pages and the keyword search is very easy to use, they have been inprest by how many hits its getting in the USA as well all in all plenty to come from TOU in the future, if they need more money their are plenty of investors willing to buy shares in TOU for the future. I now for a fact that their is a couple of investors now trying to buy block lots of shares and i am talking over million shares IMHO try and by a Million shares and see what happens??? see if you can get them!!! When the tme is right for rasing money they will be getting over 8p a share just wait and see if i am right or wrong. | thinkbig?

Free cash of £1.2 million was available and there was £1.1 million on deposit in two escrow accounts, £510,000 to support the merchant account for our online and call centre activity and £576,000 rental deposit on our London Head Office. The escrow amounts were not available for use within the Group. and then they raise £675,000@8p! | jailbird

03/8/2006 20:54 | This was only two years ago, and TOU now is on course to achive these results again Touch Group H1 pretax profit 4.29 mln stg vs loss 3.64 mln LONDON (AFX) - Touch Group PLC six months to June 30 2004 Sales - 11.35 mln stg vs 19.19 mln Pretax profit - 4.29 mln stg vs loss 3.64 mln Loss per share before exceptionals - 3.8 pence vs LPS 6.9 EPS - 8.0 pence vs loss per share 6.5 The terms of the transaction will be up to #3 million paid by MediaZest, #1 million in cash and #2 million in shares in the enlarged MediaZest company, giving Touch a 19% holding in the enlarged MediaZest company. 03/8/2006 20:23 | MediaZest receives more orders Date: Thursday 22 Jun 2006 LONDON (ShareCast) - MediaZest, the retail-focused marketing solutions group, said today that it is continuing to generate a number of orders despite difficult trading conditions. "MediaZest is continuing to develop its business with a number of notable orders across the Group despite the difficult retail environment," said the company. The group added that it has continued to increase its portfolio of licenses, in particular the shelf-edge TV and interactive floor and wall devices, which it said are attracting 'considerable client interest.' "Whilst the business is historically second half weighted, the Company has had a satisfactory start to the year and the outlook for the rest of the financial year remains in line with the directors' expectations," said MediaZest. News Channel MDZ still keeps going down /finding the bottom? However are we to conclude Touch may have an asset here as well in the future? It does'nt sound dead by all the usual criteria Patience needed again. | haydock
03/8/2006 20:18 | Now remember that touch Vision was sold to Mediazest, which is another dead duck according to the market. Touch still has about 19% if I recall. 03/8/2006 19:45 | think big...is numis not a seller...i have always managed to buy very cheap stock off him..he seems to have a bookload...also how is VI going to raise money higher than 8 with share price in the doldrums? | patviera
03/8/2006 16:57 | KingsPot - 1 Aug'06 - 10:25 - 744 of 764 The post by the person above(would comend kingpot for very good research) is not far away from the truth, this is one of the reasons i bought into this company after talking to VI in March. The figure of 60 million is a bit too high, for this year (upto DEC) i would say around 20 to 30 million not saying "how I came to this figure!!!" the company is only valued at 4 million Thats without touchlocal, touchplaz As for fund raising, if they do come back for money, which i feel they will, it will be well above the price now, don't forget they bought shares at 8p. So VI is not going to let anybody buy shares less than what he paid when he has turned the company around. Plus the funds raised will be his mate's not insti which shafted him last time. Plus if you use a broker ask him to check out TOU buying and selling limits, you can get 5.75p for 350,000 shares at the moment, this is because the are a few people trying to buy block lots, but knowbody is selling big amounts just your 50,000 now and then and they are forced sellers ot T traders who carn't take the stock up. | thinkbig?
03/8/2006 15:06 | tb, between you and me then...email me I will also keep my mouth shut | jailbird
03/8/2006 14:41 | ANDREWBATCHELOR Well we have a new poster, wounder why you are posting here now!!.. must have an agenda. Just because the news has not come out yet!! why worrie if you have opened up T trades and can not aford to buy your shares then tuf? I have still been buying when money is available, I am sorry news has not come out yet, and i know i have been saying for a while now that it was due,but some times things take a lot longer than expected. I am 100% confident in this company to deliver, this year and it will be reflected in the results in September. I will not post anymore I do know a lot more but can not say. You make your own minds up if not happy sell and move on to something else | thinkbig?
