Well volume says that something different & bullish is in the air?
What a pleasure to find an organised quiet BB.These days.
I always think thats a great sign.

However as I have said the board who hold a large hand of shares must move the share price
A good RNS will do that & they may be holding fire until they have a very good story.
It will be ignored by the market, but will be another drip of good news for the moles.

Agreed we should have buying pressure.
It is clear now that the assets of this company are valued at rock bottom, in an area of very active R&A.
There can only be one conclusion on the share price Heavily undervalued against the asset value.
With the caveat that the next set of figures will be vital.

As I pointed out weeks ago, turning around a loss maker takes time as the market has a long memory, once bitten.

No value has been put on this side of growing Touch busniess by the city

Touch group also specialises in helping brands to buy and plan their advertising campaigns on internet search engines. For example, Touch group bids for 40 clients for key words on internet search engines who are spending between 10,000 to 50,000 per month online.Touch started this area of business in oct 2005 and within few months has rapidly grown to become currently a over 100,000 per month revenue or over 1.2 million a year and growing business for Touch.

Big names eye up Big Mouth Media

By Ben Harrington
(Filed: 21/07/2006)

Digital marketing group Big Mouth Media is understood to have appointed the corporate finance boutique Ion Equity to advise on a sale, float or recapitalisation after receiving a number unsolicited approaches from a variety of potential buyers.

Sources said the private equity firms Isis, ECI Ventures and 3i expressed an interest in acquiring the company, while trade buyers such as WPP and Aegis could also be interested.

Big Mouth Media specialises in helping brands to buy and plan their advertising campaigns on internet search engines. For example, Big Mouth bids for key words on internet search engines for its clients.

The Scottish-based business was founded by the husband and wife team Steve Leach and Heather Luscombe in 1997. Since then the company has grown dramatically and is expected to make a profit of between £3m and £4m in 2006 on turnover of around £15m. If the business is sold, it is thought it could fetch between £50m and £60m.

Speculation is mounting that a rival search engine marketing business, Search Works, is also considering a flotation or sale. Since the beginning of the year, there have been several deals in the sector. In Germany, the private equity firm Carlyle acquired a stake in the digital marketing firm Global Media. The European digital and search marketing industry remains highly fragmented and is not dominated by full service agencies, giving the potential to create a European leader through mergers and acquisitions.

You may be right about the big seller TB.
He came along right on time, but did not shake the sp, so far, interestingly he may be alive & kicking still.
How many does he have to sell I wonder.

Fine sentiments, & I am waiting to see myself, I am mildly bullish , but I need to see more figures, like ist quarter 2006 for example.
I think you may be making a correct & less risky bet than many think, based on the value of the assets, they are very undervalued & I have long said could be taken out at a higher price by a company with an eye to good value.
I have just read an investor presentation by a company in Aus, showing the comparisons against peer groups, and the undervalued sp, against assets etc.
All public in Aus.
Touch did this recently?
They could publish & help the share price
If their presentation did not look like that, comparisons & undervalued assets, they would be wise to consider producing something along those lines, or they will be gobbled up for next to nothing, when the losses narrow, or they make a profit.

The mm.s will move it up, on very little turnover, today.
Stock may be short now?
Until the next big sell, although this does feel like a share price at the bottom & their could only be a cash flow problem in the pipe line to take it down further.
Famous last words!!!

It is now clear that touch has cash flow, A new £100K per month as above makes a difference to the balence sheet, if costs have been held in check.
We cannot know anything despite all the good hints & leaks until the next RNS, or an AGM.
I thought it was compulsary for a company on the market, to hold an AGM. Though perhaps its not on Aim.
Can somebody find a way to e-mail the chairman re-AGM?
People on here used to be able to talk to him.

"no one buys 21 grand unless they know something ."

I like that one.
Like how to press the 'buy now' button ?

What about all the people who bought into YOO, SEO, NXT, SPE etc. etc.

Buying 21 grand just shows you've got 21 grand.

Interesting article - a merger / reverse acquisition with either of these companies would be a good fit for dgm, especially with dgm's strategic emphasis towards the search side of their business.

So how much is touch worth then in the next few years
