05/11/2018 22:40 | Simple truth is the results were neither a disaster nor good enough to support a rerating. There will be no new money investing. Wider markets are weak. Chart looks awful. I can see these breaking new lows in the weeks ahead. | the big fella
05/11/2018 22:37 | SAR where the scaffolders have put in frequent appearances over the years.... | nobbygnome
05/11/2018 22:29 | Nobby, Too right, it shouldn't influence you.. "I have had run ins with him before on other threads; " Can you remember which other threads? | sikhthetech
05/11/2018 22:27 | 1gw, If YOU'RE concerned about it then you're free to do so and post about it. Have you worked out ALL the TLY subsidiaries and TLY and the NHS plans???? | sikhthetech
05/11/2018 22:18 | >> STT They most definitely don't influence me except maybe by causing me to post less on this thread because it has been trashed. Barky is the one which irritates me the most with his ridiculous scaffolder insider insinuations. I have had run ins with him before on other threads; as I said before he is an odious character.... | nobbygnome
05/11/2018 22:17 | Have you worked out yet what the reduction in contingent consideration means for the profitability of PPH and/or About Health? | 1gw
05/11/2018 22:14 | Back to TLY... I was hoping to see some notes from the new joint Broker, Canaccord... | sikhthetech
05/11/2018 22:12 | My rthm containing links to COMPANY info... why would anyone not want to discuss the company and industry... The information is there and nothing stopping anyone posting bull/bear posts and if they wish, to discuss them... | sikhthetech
05/11/2018 22:01 | I sold SOME rthm LAST YEAR and posted the reasons why.. As did others around the same time... sikhthetech12 Apr '17 - 11:13 - 3792 of 9582 Edit 0 1 1 I've reduced a few more.. Interesting to see what Tosca's next reaction will be... sikhthetech12 Apr '17 - 12:25 - 3795 of 9582 Edit 0 1 0 rf, They missed analyst fy expectations.. N+1 Singer with their bullish comments have fy2018 revenues @ $220m... Current cash $75m, an increase of only $6m, despite the $12m received from Perk & Prime Visibility sale... so cash burn.. Current mcap $292m a lot of recent Industry challenges over the next year... and Football was STILL trashing my thread, despite me and others being holders.. to control what is read... sikhthetech12 Dec '16 - 21:49 - 1959 of 9316 Edit 0 0 0 football's posts above all moderated as he has repeated the following post 100s of times to trash the thread and hide posts/discussion... football12 Dec '16 - 19:02 - 1935 of 1959 0 0 Moderate | Ban football12 Dec '16 - 18:31 - 3459 of 3460 0 0 Edit john john if you post here anymore without telling us if 1R is a buy or a sell and if you have seen the webcast i will start spamming YOUR thread ok!!!. | sikhthetech
05/11/2018 21:41 | Both as bad as each other I suppose. But we see the vindictiveness of NutBall on this board. What a sad way to spend your time regardless. | barvin
05/11/2018 20:14 | And to add, filling up the B.B. with his obsessive posting, such that any interesting bit of news/discussion is lost aiming at his bit of 'charity' that he no doubt likes to think:-) | arteespresso
05/11/2018 20:12 | Yes it is a bit disturbing that footy posts here - having said, STT is no better in my view. He posts on the rthm board more than he does here, and doesn't even hold any shares. He has an agenda, of that there is no doubt, and I think footy is just giving him a bit of his own medicine, for which I do not blame. Without STT, you wouldn't have footy posting on here - perhaps STT is just a bit bitter on having been long on rthm and then the big crash, who knows and cares. Anyone who's been on the rthm thread, and who has invested in blnx/rthm in the past, find his posts not the enlightening bit of information he suggests, rather than publicising posting information/links for his agenda with a bias twist. | arteespresso
05/11/2018 17:13 | Likewise. It is a bit annoying when you open the thread and there are a list of blank posts....but much more peaceful! He is an odious, strange character. | nobbygnome
05/11/2018 17:04 | Barvin after 10yrs of him stalking R1 and all it's posts | football
05/11/2018 15:47 | Filtered him a while ago now just see his name pop up more than anyone else’s lol | grahamwales
05/11/2018 15:44 | Nutball, I really cannot believe you stalk this guy daily. It is beyond sad.I don't care why, what or who. But it is pretty bizarre behaviour I think we can all agree on that. | barvin
05/11/2018 14:53 | graham, yes, they are IN THE PROCESS of building a leading OOH provider.. They clearly state in the rns that they are still looking for other acquisitions.. TLY are still in the add and build stage. "The Company remains focused on evaluating value accretive acquisition opportunities to consolidate the UK NHS outsourced healthcare services market, estimated to be worth in excess of GBP20 billion(1) per year." | sikhthetech
05/11/2018 14:48 | 5 not 3 grrrr | grahamwales
05/11/2018 14:46 | Savage What are you comparing admin expenses to bearing in mind they only had 3 moths of Vocare in the last accounts. | grahamwales
05/11/2018 14:40 | Stt Exactly what I was thinking, as Bob did with mears they buy companies that will enhance the current business strategy. Out of hospital service. All posters who post here are obviously interested in buying shares at some point unless of course they are bored and have nothing else to do | grahamwales
05/11/2018 14:21 | savage "so why buy a hugely dilutive business" erm, TLY is aiming to be a leading OOH provider and Vocare fitted NEW NHS IUC requirements... so obviously they would have bought a company which they feel fits both the NHS & TLY's strategy... Once the NHS roll out the new requirements, TLY will ALREADY be in position to take advantage.. Being in the right place at the right time... | sikhthetech
05/11/2018 13:57 | PUGUGLY Quick squint at the results as travelling. 1. Operating cash outflow was £1.273M, making some adjustments - ties in with drop in cash balance, crude but accurate 2. Net loss before tax of £1,454M Have a quick look at the following: if you take the difference between March 2018 results and Sept 2017, you will get what happened in the previous 6 months to the results announced today. It is not a straight extraction because so many exceptional funnies muddy the water. But you can get a look at operating performance. 6M to March 2018 6M to Sep 2018 Revenue 39005 40164 COS 33028 34475 GP 5967 5689 Admin 4980 5594 OP Profit 987 95 Take away the exceptionals and the underlying picture is Revenue UP, which is good, GP down, margin is down from 15.3% to 14.2% and Admin expenses up sharply. As a shareholder this is where you have to focus and understand why. A few quick oddities: reported loss is 771K but the retained earnings are down only 750K (where did 21K go?), all deferred acq is now a current liability - the last rabbit to pull is this gets written to zero...what are 881K of other payables (they have dropped which is good, but what are they?) overall, looks ok..sp not likely to move either way really, but a good analyst will ask some searching questions on margins and business strategy - pre vocare, gross margin was 30%, now its 14.2%, so why buy a hugely dilutive business...also what is going on with overheads...a detailed response from the company is needed, and if credible, could provide a fillip | savagedstock |
