If the NHS continue with their plans and TLY with their strategy then I think we could see double the Canaccord target..

The NHS is slow to change but so far, both NHS and TLY seems to be moving in direction they have been expecting...
Look at the NHS structure..

On the other hand, if we look at the institutions who have been selling over the last 6 months or so:

Lombard Odier
Killik
Miton
Legal & General

Do we think there has been sufficient good news or shareprice reduction to stop them all from selling more (if they are not already out) and to allow other institutions to resist any internal pressure to reduce their positions? Or might it take actual news of a big contract win and/or some convincing financial data to really turn the tide?

Maybe the Newlands taking a spreadbet punt? Or someone waving a large proxy.

A total misreading by the market IMO nobby.

The seller will be cleared before long and then I fully expect this to be trading high 30s / low 40s

Nobby - there have been a few false dawns though haven't there? Do you remember the placing and BoB Holt telling proactive investors that he was targeting a £100m market cap by the end of the year (2017)?

Two more good contracts announced today. Yes they are only worth £70k per year but the length of the contracts show the consistent year on year income.

I think TLY is my favourite share in my portfolio currently with absolutely great prospects for the short and medium term!

Interesting update! So apparently Bob Holt is targeting a market cap of £100 million by the year end. Just a tripling from here then assuming no further significant share issue!

Clearly we can expect a big acquisition in the short term, although I will be interested to see how we are going to get to £100 million! I will settle for £50 million I think......😜

It seems to me that the tide has finally turned. With Cannacord coming on board and the imminence of the IUC contracts, sentiment seems to be looking up.

Do others feel the same?

Does the Canaccord note include a cash bridge or any text to rationalise the "strong cash generation" comment with the numbers in the cashflow statement?

Do they offer any credible explanation for the widespread, sustained institutional selling?

I think I would settle for 50p which would give me about a 100% profit! Cannacord make the pun about how the company is 'totally' undervalued, which is completely true.

I wonder if they looked at the balance sheet.....

I hope there's a bit more to the analysis than that? It's hardly a secret that tly has positioned itself to win big with the IUCs.

As I keep on saying everyone should bear in mind that the awarding of the IUC contracts are imminent. The biggest of these is £96 million over 5 years so these are sizeable contracts which will transform Vocare. There are a limited no of companies who can bid for these contracts so it will be very surprising if TLY don't win a reasonable no of the 12 which are available. They told me they weren't bidding for all 12 so I presume they are only bidding for the ones which they think will be more profitable.

I wouldn't like to be short if TLY announced they have been awarded a contract for £96 million....

Canaccord also say they could easily have put the target at 75p but prefer to target cautious.

A lot of IUC contracts to go for in the next two months and they think totally is incredibly well placed to win some of them. If they do then the target will be increased.

Todays news was very welcome. I do not hold these shares based on what this company is right now but on where they are likely to go! Today's news confirms to me they are heading in the right direction with very capable management.

Honestly look at some of the dross PLCs out there making outrageous end-of-the-rainbow claims without even the basic professionism to back it up! Then compare them to this company who clearly outlined there vision and have just turned an 'inadequate' into 'good'. This is not to be underestimated or brushed under the carpet! It is clear sign on the PLC barometer indicating that there is likely to be a lot of high pressure ahead! I don't know what the rest of you see but my eyes are fixed on the sunny days to come!

They do have vacancies for GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners etc in the South for Urgent Care Services...
