Have a read of the rthm threads...on here and lse...BMAC on lse is Barkboo on here...
small trades of around £1000-£1500... small hedge against the desperate NEED for RTHM to rise....Over 4 yrs RTHM share price collapsed from ~2350p to ~220p today... over a year from ~500p to ~220p.. the gang didn't like the obvious warnings I and others were posting about... sound familiar Nobby?

Suggest those worried as to why share price is down read the accounts in detail. All figures in 1,000s
Trade and other payables (20,273)
Cash will only cover just over half of the amount they have to pay out.
OK Trade and other receivables 9,706 will bring it close to break-even
BUT most of the assets are Intangible assets of 31,262 and will imo be worth very little in a fire sale.

Strip out the exceptional profit and they only appear to have made a running profit of 183K

That I suspect is why the constant drip drip drip of sales -

So can the bulls advise how much real trading profit will be necessary to support the current market cap of say £13.5 million . AND chance of this being reached in the next couple of years.

Agree it cannot be fundamentals. It doesn't make sense. It's like saying a striker continues to perform and scores goals yet his value is declining. Ok enough of football.

But bottom line is there IS a reason for the decline in share price

Nothing to do with the strong fundamentals, spacedust. Haters shorting it. But we all know in time the value will out, which is why long term holders virtually always win in the end.

Silly comment. I am a holder here and just trying to think of a reason why this is going back down on:

1. no rns confirming a seller.
2. Excellent results out
3. Cash in the bank
4. Great revenue and now in profits

Yet the price drips down non stop

What is wrong with this company?
Prior to results it was said that results will calm things. It has not hsppened.

I just really hope there isn't plans for a massive placing again to acquire more businesses like vocare.

We had excellent results, everything has been cleared up yet price goes down

Can't be a seller as there were no holding rns

I am extremely confident that this will rerate, strong cash position, assets worth twice current MCAP and we are in profit. we are in a transformational period and I will be topping up on any share price weakness.

I think if TLY can continue to win contracts, improve margins and perform as they say they will then the share price will move up strongly...

I think the key will be over the next few months, hopefully another solid TU with improving financials..

Their presentation shows the journey so far...

What a day, this and mrs issue great contract news and neither of them are up.

I remember the good old days when stocks used to do 10-20% on nice news.
