10/7/2018 12:46 | I don't understand the selling in this case. Look at the historical share price, no-ones sitting on any sort of profit! Results great, outlook great, fully funded via 55p placing (well done TLY for that). Anyone can buy now at a 56% discount, with considerably reduced risk. Absolutely extraordinary that anyone would look to bank maybe 10%-15% after today's results. I expect that's a huge mistake in the long run. I certainly hope so! | bozzy_s
10/7/2018 12:12 | i get the selling...no probs with that.. just a little mifted at the amount of it This news in transformational for TLY and therefore in my mind this is now the bottom of any range forward so just dont understand people not wishing to hold for larger gains | futuredlighter
10/7/2018 12:11 | IF there is a seller lurking, a few more days like this with decent volume will clear them out - that's when we'll see the big moves. | parob
10/7/2018 12:06 | Most of the recent trades in the red are misreported.. my buy 42500 in red has popped up | jdunning
10/7/2018 12:06 | Aim_Chaos tweet earlier:Very happy with #TLY results. Tightening up of margins going forward will see profitability rocket.CEO & Chair's statements really highlight the massive market potential for the company. Moreover, net cash stands at 17.1p - which can now be used to commence the buyback. | parob
10/7/2018 11:12 | 23.6-24.09 Not sure how long the price can hold out for with all this buying. I'm taking afternoon off and hope when I return it's broken back into the 25-30p range | dave4545
10/7/2018 11:09 | exactly what you want futuredlighter! The only way to move on is to get rid of the weak holders. The story has only just started to get out here.... judging by the tone in the results statement the company has more news to come. | deltrotter
10/7/2018 11:07 | Well the buys are cleared outnumbering the sells. We are up 15.9%! | parob
10/7/2018 11:05 | a lot of selling into that news today.. a lot | futuredlighter
10/7/2018 11:00 | Del, the results show that TLY are backing up what they have set out to do... and they are stating where they need to improve, eg CQC... Yep, it is early days and Integrated Care is in it's infancy... | sikhthetech
10/7/2018 10:11 | There was a lot to like in those results sikhthetech. Also, it is VERY early days for this company. I sound like a stuck record, but the big growth is yet to come IMO.... | deltrotter
10/7/2018 10:10 | Subsidiaries continue to perform well..supporting margin growth.. "Premier Physical Healthcare is positioned well to secure a significant block contract for musculoskeletal care in 2019. It is this opportunity and the synergies being realised through integration with the Optimum physiotherapy resources that support margin growth. Meanwhile, About Health has renewed all existing contracts, successfully bid for new business, and is developing new service offerings which we expect to deliver incremental and recurrent profits during this financial year." | sikhthetech

10/7/2018 09:43 | Marmar, TLY have a buy and build strategy, similar to the one Bob Holt used at Mears.. They raised cash via placing, buy with paying a portion in cash upfront and the remaining as deferred, performance related, payments... | sikhthetech
10/7/2018 09:27 | They raised it last year marmar at 55p a share: | deltrotter
10/7/2018 09:24 | Where is this extra cash coming from? It was 1 now is 10m | marmar80
10/7/2018 09:21 | Topped up. May retrace a bit tomorrow presenting further opportunity. | brucie5
10/7/2018 09:20 | I think they were excellent results. Foundation being set for growth with Integrated Care ... These are 15month results.. Acquisition of Vocare was only completed last Oct, so only 5-6months included.. Well done TLY.. | sikhthetech
10/7/2018 08:59 | Zac Mir's initial target of 32p... | deltrotter
10/7/2018 08:51 | Not posted here or elsewhere for some time, due mainly to being on holiday (and will continue not to post or look in much for a considerable time) but received results alert this morning, so looked in. Results fully vindicate the acquisition of Vocare, once and for all. Even the naysayers (who I see are here in force, their criticisms of Bob Holt this morning in particular looking decidedly embarassing) will hopefully understand that revenues up from 4 million to 42 million represents a transformation. PBT of over 2 million and cash of over 10 million (some 'self-promoting analysts' on here said it would be 4 million by end of March) also very healthy. There are a lot of intangibles, as you would expect following any such acquisition, plus large trade and other payables, however my suspicion is that a large percentage of the latter may have been built up by Vocare pre or during acquisition - and future years will see those figures greatly reduced by the outstanding management we have here, particularly as cost savings are enacted. In short I think these numbers represent a remarkable turnaround in such a short space of time and it's clear as the company cherry-pick the stronger margin contracts that things should only get stronger and stronger from here on. A big well done to Bob Holt and Wendy, who have risen above some naive bb criticism. Everyone wants their shares to go up 'now now now' in this era, but TLY have a longer term strategy and that is clearly working. The grossly oversold position should quickly unwind now as well, thereby keeping those shorter term players very happy too (apart from actual shorters naturally!). There's pretty much a chart gap from 25-33p as I see it and that should be attacked and filled comfortably over the next couple of months, hopefully even sooner. | microscope
10/7/2018 08:35 | I reckon the buy back starts today.... This volume is excellent to flush out weak holders. | deltrotter
10/7/2018 08:24 | Negative net current assets is a concern as it could impair the company's ability to pay its bills/salaries.That said, the company should be able to borrow easily enough (bank overdraft/term loans) and as mentioned - the position could be much healthier now after a further 6 months of profitable operations. | longshanks
10/7/2018 08:24 | New here. Where is the £9m cash coming from? | marmar80
10/7/2018 08:23 | Have to agree nobby. The gearing (considering we have £10m in cash and an mcap of about £14m) to profitability is huge. | deltrotter |
