14/7/2018 13:46 | Longshanks, "The overhang is very real though - and reading between the lines it could well be Seneca partners and/or the Harrisons that are responsible." Harrisons have a lock in period of 12months... It'll depend on what the 'certain exceptions' were.. "Pursuant to the Lock-in Agreement dated 5 October 2017 between (1) the Company, (2) Allenby Capital, (3) Cenkos Securities and (4) the Vendors, the Vendors have undertaken that they will not except in certain limited circumstances dispose of the Consideration Shares for a period of 12 months from the date of Admission. For a further 12 months the Vendors will only dispose of the Consideration Shares held by them through the Company†According to the Presentation, as of 20th June 2018, Harrisons have 2,868,977 4.8%.. They had 2,670,647, 4.47% when they sold Vocare.. Presentation: Pg18 - Major Shareholders.. 2,868,977 4.8% On admission (when Vocare were bought) Pg112 - Holdings on Admission Harrisons 2,670,647, 4.47% Therefore, currently, I don't think Harrisons are sellers... | sikhthetech

13/7/2018 18:08 | Plenty of competitors.. CareUK, Virgin Care, Greenbrook Healthcare, The Hurley Group etc.. however i think vocare is most profitable in terms of revenue/margin ratio in addition to this Totally are looking to restructure and improve profitability over the next 6 months | jdunning
13/7/2018 17:56 | Vocare ...... Not many competitors ....... 1 pulling out I believe ....... After 8 months Vocare's services .....Significantly improving ......... Aspiration to be partner of choice ....... | porky8

13/7/2018 13:16 | nick You just don't get it do you, posting other companies especially the ones that you are trading (not very well) I might add is not going to encourage us to buy any. Your wasting your time on here and on LSE lol | grahamwales
13/7/2018 13:10 | a good post on COPL.. Edgein7 Jun '18 - 09:29 - 2920 of 2921 0 0 0 Bounty Hunter, Its all about timing. OIL was one of my best ever, it went from the teens in the Brenda days to over £4.00 in the post-Huntington era (I sold long before that). Art was exceptional at finding the stuff, especially appraisal drilling and OIL were killed off by the debt and the unprecedented fall in the oil price, that killed off AFR and many others too CAZA et al. With COPL its all about timing again. The market has a short memory and if ART delivers even a fraction of that plan in the presentation then this is going to be one of the highest baggers in the oil sector in a long time. If the deal goes through and they line up funding they're expected to produce from the modified rig, so no 3-4 year wait as normally associated with offshore. Plan is 6000bopd in the early stages and within about 3-5 years and 29 wells later produce 60,000bopd at peak. The market rightly or wrongly expects that this will not happen hence £8m market cap. If on the other hand they get approval from the Nigerians for the Essar deal, finance the well and get the expected results this is Oilexco mark II. The early days of OIL were exceptional and that's why I took some here. One of the smallest holdings in my porty so its not without risk as you point out, but upside if Art pulls it off is going to be legendary. First target 90mmbbls, combined appraisal targets approx 250mmbbls. Regards, Ed. | mr copl

13/7/2018 12:57 | still not moving. you boys have had a big debate this morning. | mr copl
13/7/2018 12:02 | In the accounts there is an amount of just over £2 million provision for share buy back. Company have stated that they are prepared to buy up to 5,979,517 shares. So quick calc makes that around 34p per share. I still believe they will buy back the Harrison bros shares come Sept/Oct probably around that price. | grahamwales
13/7/2018 11:50 | Thanks for posting that sikh. Interesting to see the way the II holdings are listed - with e.g Miton having "directly confirmed" that they have not been selling beyond their last announcement. This would indicate ongoing strong support from and dialog with these major investors. The overhang is very real though - and reading between the lines it could well be Seneca partners and/or the Harrisons that are responsible. My guess is that the current road show is looking to promote the business and clear the overhang by getting the shares transferred to another II. Once the roadshow is done, if there is no improvement then I suspect we will see some share buybacks. By December this year I am sure there will be another acquisition target and to finance that they will want the share price nearer 50p than 20p. | longshanks
