10/7/2018 19:27 | 15% might sound like a good rise but from a all time low and with all that cash it's actually a pitiful rise. But you cannot stop 90% of the traders in this market selling if it's not risen 100% in 5 minutes. Lots of buys showing as sales. If you can wait and have patience you will see 30-40p soon so why sell out now??? | dave4545

10/7/2018 15:47 | jd/GB, the links to the Vocare admission doc and allenby report are in the header, under financials... Graham, Thanks, for latest allenby report - I'll update the header later... | sikhthetech
10/7/2018 15:43 | New report out today as well | grahamwales
10/7/2018 15:34 | GBCol, Interesting point... | sikhthetech
10/7/2018 15:33 | Got a link to the previous broker report? | jdunning
10/7/2018 15:07 | Have a look at the previous broker report explains all outstanding payments to companies they have bought. | grahamwales
10/7/2018 14:57 | Any thoughts on this section regarding £1m payment? Were they just stretch targets not met or did they under perform expectations? "Company acquired the entire share capital of Vocare Ltd and its wholly owned subsidiaries for a maximum consideration of GBP11.0m excluding surplus cash acquired. GBP1.0m of this consideration was contingent on meeting financial performance targets. These targets have not been achieved and accordingly the contingent consideration has been released in the period." | gbcol
10/7/2018 14:49 | I really shouldn’t buy any more....but I may be tempted if there is any weakness from this level. | nobbygnome
10/7/2018 14:44 | ‘Twas me who went to the GM and yes they were despairing about the share price. The worry was that Vocare might be loss making at the moment but that is clearly not the case after today’s results. So the valuation now looks completely and utterly ridiculous. Once the II share overhang is gone, the price will take off IMHO. Nobby | nobbygnome
10/7/2018 14:37 | It's nuts. In 3 months they made £4.2m profit. On long-term contracts. With no weighting towards those 3 particular months (as far as I can tell). I'm in for as many as I can get. Which thanks to the seller is lots! My first target is the 55p placing price. But that'd still be a steal based on these results. | bozzy_s
10/7/2018 14:34 | I have said for a few months now that the share price is anomaly bozzy... It won't stay that way for ever but boy it can take a while! Someone who went to the General Meeting re the share buy back said that senior management had called the price "ridiculous". It easy to say "well they would say that" but I have to agree with them.... The House Broker is sitting on 23.2 so I wonder if they are taking in stock as part of the buy back? | deltrotter
10/7/2018 14:26 | * Oops, they're not debt-free, they have total borrowings of £14k !!! | bozzy_s
10/7/2018 14:06 | I think traders in for the short term... possibly some frustrated holders, expecting more.. The company have set a solid foundation, as they set out to do... I haven't seen anything in results to persuade me to sell...but lots to convince me to keep adding.. I'm slightly worried as to whether the new Health Secretary will have any affect on NHS plans... but given it takes years to draw up and implement new plans, it's not too much of a concern...after all the current NHS plans on SDM started several years ago, wasn't it 2012??? | sikhthetech
10/7/2018 14:03 | So it looks like we have a double bottom on the chart after a very long downtrend. "A double bottom pattern is a technical analysis charting pattern that describes a change in trend and a momentum reversal from prior leading price action. It describes the drop of a stock or index, a rebound, another drop to the same or similar level as the original drop, and finally another rebound." | parob
10/7/2018 14:01 | Agreed difference - market hasn't woken up to this yet. BUT, that is where a PI can gain an edge.... I expect it will over the next few months. I note the mention of earnings enhancing deals in today's RNS... luvverly jubberly... | deltrotter
10/7/2018 14:01 | Wouldn’t worry about traders serious investors will wait till they have gone then buy in. What you can’t ignore is the long term potential of this company. Think Bob and Wendy are doing a great job and once the new structures are in place at Vocare they will look for the next acquisition. Then they will look to push profits forward to enhance the share price | grahamwales
10/7/2018 13:57 | All down to the history. Think this stock will rise nicely now, but expecting volatility on the way. Lot of frustrated holders and stale bulls. Some traders too! Cheap as chips but a few peeps will just cut and run, on the way up. Results were great. be nice to think a few of the derampers would say 'well done', but all they'll do is vanish, or come back and moan. Some people are just never wrong! -:) | difference
10/7/2018 13:51 | Imho nervous pi are selling at less of a loss today. I anticipate they were hoping for a bigger rise but when it hasn't come they have bailed thinking this is as good as it will get. Let them go the rise and fall is never in a straight line. | coldspring
10/7/2018 13:46 | I don't understand the selling in this case. Look at the historical share price, no-ones sitting on any sort of profit! Results great, outlook great, fully funded via 55p placing (well done TLY for that). Anyone can buy now at a 56% discount, with considerably reduced risk. Absolutely extraordinary that anyone would look to bank maybe 10%-15% after today's results. I expect that's a huge mistake in the long run. I certainly hope so! | bozzy_s
10/7/2018 13:12 | i get the selling...no probs with that.. just a little mifted at the amount of it This news in transformational for TLY and therefore in my mind this is now the bottom of any range forward so just dont understand people not wishing to hold for larger gains | futuredlighter
10/7/2018 13:11 | IF there is a seller lurking, a few more days like this with decent volume will clear them out - that's when we'll see the big moves. | parob
10/7/2018 13:06 | Most of the recent trades in the red are misreported.. my buy 42500 in red has popped up | jdunning
10/7/2018 13:06 | Aim_Chaos tweet earlier:Very happy with #TLY results. Tightening up of margins going forward will see profitability rocket.CEO & Chair's statements really highlight the massive market potential for the company. Moreover, net cash stands at 17.1p - which can now be used to commence the buyback. | parob |
