ha ha course you are nicky21

Just looked at your posting history. You take over a thread on a stock posting none stop then vanish into the wind.

You are taking on a never ending overhang here. It will clear but probably not quick
enough for your money

A rational post Zebbo and also The Big Fella.Margins are eager thin, a risky share with only cash underpinning it.

I am not sure those forecasts are credible. Vocare is bidding for numerous contracts so how on earth do they know how much business they are going to win. So forecasting profitability and turnover is pointless at this point IMHO.

Reading the broker report they are forecasting a loss for 2019 and reduction in net cash to 6.9M. Closer look at the other businesses, profitability does not look good and is below expectations. There appears to be work to do here
This maybe the reason for the poor share price action today. having said that I'm not sure how many take time out to read these reports anyway

Interesting read all the same. Will hold for the time being as it may not be the no brainer most people think it is

Back in April 2017 Bob Holt was quoted that he was targeting a market capital of around 100mil in the short term. He wanted to achieve that by the end of 2017..

That's precisely what Robert Holt aspires to do.. turn totally plc into a mid cap company.

nobby you right this is cheap if they can increase their margins further and can easily become a £100m plus company and make over £10m.

and give it a shareprice of over £1.

I said earlier my medium term price target is 70-80p. Long term could be way higher but I suspect they will do other purchases along the way and maybe further fund raising so targets will have to be constantly reassessed.

I have said many times this is the most undervalued company I have ever seen which is why I now have about 450k shares. The problem has been IIs selling because they don't like the business model of short term contracts. I really don't see that as a problem and it sums up to me why so many fund managers do so badly!

read this nobbygnome

I really dont get it how can we be valued down here with the potential revenues?
Even if they cut costs by 5% over the next 12 months, thats going to contribute around 3-4 million in profit? (based on 12months VoCare 80m + exiting contracts)
They should be seven figure EBITDA profitable end of year - thats not to mention any further contracts signed in that time or aquisitions
surely at 13-14m it cant really go much lower?

got the info.this is a definate hold...a placing at 55p wow!!!

Although taking longer than anticipated, the acquisition of Vocare completed during the final quarter of 2017. This acquisition occurred following a successful placing and open offer to raise £17.6m (before expenses) at 55p in March 2017.

The acquisition of a business delivering revenues of c£80m has clearly had a positive impact on the Group. The Group posted an EBITDA excluding exceptional costs of £0.2m.

So therein lies the possible issue. It is only marginally profitable...
nobbygnome
11/7/2018
16:17
About £90 million and likely to increase because of IUC contracts they are about to win.
nobbygnome

so vocare they only used 5 months of their revenues in the results..

how much would full 12 months be??
