16/7/2018 11:47 | Agree this is going to be a slowish burner, though they were able to show a profit last year because of this re-measurement adjustment. But they said they have to get the first (large) acquisition right. That seems to be their pre-occupation and there is some more restructuring to come with Vocare in 2018. FWIW I cannot see huge downside either, the buyback option will surely take care of that. The investment case is still intact imo, but some patience is required. | gowlane
16/7/2018 10:11 | IMO we are just beginning to see their plans begin to come to fruition. At some point I would expect Totally Health to be worth a multiple of the current mcap on its own. | deltrotter
16/7/2018 09:59 | Happy to wait patiently and buy more off of the impatient when I can | richie32
16/7/2018 09:42 | Aye, his posts make fascinating reading with regard PI investor mentality: Note the first one: "I also bought today. The company is doing well and in expansion. All the signs are their for a quick buck, lol." That is why you see PI sellers in TLY... but for anyone who understands what the company is doing and has patience there is a multibagger here IMO.... | deltrotter
16/7/2018 09:36 | Wow a whole 2 months now that’s what I call a real investor pmsl | grahamwales
16/7/2018 08:58 | The ignorance of the business model is fascinating, but boy does it represent an opportunity for us investors..... | deltrotter
16/7/2018 08:50 | Thank you for your contributions over the last two months lol | jdunning
16/7/2018 08:49 | I am out for good. I've hold it for 2 months and made a tiny profit. If TLY can't move up, even with good news, what will make it rise? I'll keep an eye on it until the seller disappear...but until they stop selling at these ridiculous price there is nothing to do here apart watching the share price fall and the paint dry, lol. Good luck with you ShareBuyBack, that will never happen... | alamaison5
16/7/2018 08:12 | The company are pressing ahead so value will be seen at some point - Market traders are looking for big movement - | tomboyb
16/7/2018 08:06 | It's a shame we don't get any visibility of what contracts they are bidding for and when.. nevertheless exciting times ahead | jdunning
16/7/2018 07:58 | They are bidding for those size of contacts as we speak... | deltrotter
16/7/2018 07:56 | A £20M ~ £80M contract would be transformational for Totally plc but this is a fantastic step in the right direction.. | jdunning
16/7/2018 07:35 | Morning - Good start with that RNS for TLY - | tomboyb
16/7/2018 07:22 | Agreed guys. I think the value of that contact is far more than the monetary value. I have heard that vocare is bidding for a LOT of business at the moment and that was in many ways confirmed by the note I posted a link to last week.... | deltrotter
16/7/2018 07:18 | Exactly it's a steal at this level | jdunning
16/7/2018 07:08 | Yes and much bigger ones when IUC contracts are announced. What is the market cap again.... | nobbygnome
16/7/2018 07:03 | Nice contract win.. I think we will be seeing a few more of these | jdunning
14/7/2018 14:06 | Unlikely Harrisons will be selling, it would be at a lost as they acquired them at around 47p | jdunning
14/7/2018 13:46 | Longshanks, "The overhang is very real though - and reading between the lines it could well be Seneca partners and/or the Harrisons that are responsible." Harrisons have a lock in period of 12months... It'll depend on what the 'certain exceptions' were.. "Pursuant to the Lock-in Agreement dated 5 October 2017 between (1) the Company, (2) Allenby Capital, (3) Cenkos Securities and (4) the Vendors, the Vendors have undertaken that they will not except in certain limited circumstances dispose of the Consideration Shares for a period of 12 months from the date of Admission. For a further 12 months the Vendors will only dispose of the Consideration Shares held by them through the Company†According to the Presentation, as of 20th June 2018, Harrisons have 2,868,977 4.8%.. They had 2,670,647, 4.47% when they sold Vocare.. Presentation: Pg18 - Major Shareholders.. 2,868,977 4.8% On admission (when Vocare were bought) Pg112 - Holdings on Admission Harrisons 2,670,647, 4.47% Therefore, currently, I don't think Harrisons are sellers... | sikhthetech

13/7/2018 18:08 | Plenty of competitors.. CareUK, Virgin Care, Greenbrook Healthcare, The Hurley Group etc.. however i think vocare is most profitable in terms of revenue/margin ratio in addition to this Totally are looking to restructure and improve profitability over the next 6 months | jdunning
13/7/2018 17:56 | Vocare ...... Not many competitors ....... 1 pulling out I believe ....... After 8 months Vocare's services .....Significantly improving ......... Aspiration to be partner of choice ....... | porky8
13/7/2018 13:39 | I hope you make enough on COPL to pay the interest on your credit card! | longshanks
