One of the rules Warren Buffett looks at before investing in a company is to check out how much of the company is owned by the board.

Currently this board has very little of their own cold cash invested in the company, if the management is not willing to back their own decisions with their own cash then should private investors??

Just dont get it with this company. Am I missing something? Renewed contracts and the ceo of about health even bragging saying never lost a renewal. Results were better than most suggested. Do they want blood?

RMS... from my post a couple of days ago.. part of my research with eyes open....

RMS is part of NHS policy to try and assess whether patients needs to be referred for hospital consultation or whether there are alternatives...

This added to Optima's and PPH's physio services, together with Vocare's UCC, walk in centres and NHS111, and clinical coaching there's a significant service to help prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and bed-blocking...




Referral management scheme declined almost a tenth of GP requests

"The CCG hired private provider About Health to review referral letters at a cost of £10 a time. It said that unnecessary referrals usually cost the CCG around £150 a time."

agree.. so far, management have done what they said they will do...
I do my research with my eyes open, here and elsewhere. I'm also happy with my risk/reward assessment - not relying on any 'confidence boosting' brokers notes.

All posts there for you to see. I have also tried to explain why I bought in.

But I do it with my eyes open, aware of the risks as far as I understand them. And I am happy to discuss those risks in the hope of provoking some discussion so that I can better understand the company.

Management have delivered better than expected (by many) results and in the last few days 3.2 million and then another 1.7 million in contracts. They can only keep doing the right things which they are, and with the strong financial position, as per the broker notes, the value will out at some stage this year. I am happy to ride out any short term sellers, more big trades yesterday so it won't take long now anyway.
Folks like 1gw will likely never buy a single share here, and therefore are worth ignoring.

15p is not a given. It's basically an entry point for me and I am just an investor. My target is based on LO selling their entire holding with the absence on any contract news. And there is 2 contracts wins already this week. Pleas set your own targets based on your own judgements

My guess is it will take about 6 weeks for LO to be fully cleared out.
