19/7/2018 17:39 | There some big trades being stamped from yesterday. Remember there was someone soaking them up... | deltrotter
19/7/2018 16:37 | Never heard of a lock in for a fund manager, would not be allowed. My point was they have history in selling at the bottom! Hopefully this is the case here | slicethepie
19/7/2018 16:24 | The LO holding is Henderson's old holding.. LO took over old Henderson just over a year ago.. They still held around 10% when Vocare was bought... and now seem to be selling down the ex Henderson holding they inherited.. maybe there was a 12 month lock in period and it's expired????? I suspect the same is the case with their vrs holding... from last year: sikhthetech - 04 Apr 2017 - 13:34:50 - 1465 of 4037 Totally Health - 2014 onwards - TLY Henderson transfer their funds to Lombard... This is after Lombard bought a Henderson subsidary, so it's a transfer of fund... "The transition of the team is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2017, after which the alternative funds and sub-manager of the long-only fund currently managed by the Volantis investment management team will be moved across to Lombard Odier IM." | sikhthetech
19/7/2018 16:10 | Looks like Nicky is in deep do dar. | the big fella
19/7/2018 15:59 | If you look at Vrs these guys sold circa 9% of company at or below 20p....not sure I would want them running my money! | slicethepie
19/7/2018 15:29 | copl 0.43p bid, was 0.49p bid when you bought it and you paid around 0.53p for them so 20% down there too ! | dave4545
19/7/2018 15:27 | mr ramper account set up 2 days ago. And why Advfn needs to go all premium to stop these fruitcakes setting up a new name every other day filtered | dave4545
19/7/2018 15:23 | copl about to soar | mr ramper
19/7/2018 15:20 | Over the past month, LO have reduced their holding from 7.21% to 4.64%... or 4,312,472 to 2,778,282, approx..1.5m shares sold... So I think the 475k trade yesterday was theirs, pushing them below the 5% threshold.. | sikhthetech
19/7/2018 15:13 | Wonder who has been buying them..... | deltrotter
19/7/2018 15:06 | Lombard Odier Asset Management (Europe) Limited Are selling out, under 3 mil left | dave4545
19/7/2018 15:05 | RNS asset management company sold half their holding | coldspring
19/7/2018 14:50 | Pugly They have been awarded a number of new contracts that doesn’t seem to have affected the cash position. | grahamwales
19/7/2018 14:41 | Good old spacedust positive as ever :-) | grahamwales
19/7/2018 14:26 | Thanks rescuer that's what I ment there is not a buyer for every seller there and then. Mms buy on the book and vice versa. That's why u gave an example if there were 50 lots 475k sells what would that do to the Sp? It will tank it if there is no one buying. But peeps don't get it. Similarly when that hedge fund coniually sold because they were a forced seller the price tanked to the levels of today and still hasn't recovered. I'd say mms still have stock to clear | spacedust
19/7/2018 13:53 | Exactly rescuer! | deltrotter
19/7/2018 13:52 | Check out recent accounts for info you require. Have seen shares move up and down on no buys or sells just depends on how a company performs to move the price either way | grahamwales
19/7/2018 13:51 | rescuer: Cash burn in the accounts as is debt - but watch out for adjusted figures on liabilites. Also need to consider the costs against start-up of each new contract awarded - Employee/contrators have to be recruited for each new contract won before (IMO) reveneu starts for flow - so for each new contract won there will be an increase in cash burn - (unless anyone knows to the contgrary !!!) | pugugly
19/7/2018 13:46 | not with your there Sapcedust, if someone sells, then there must be a buyer, if not the price will fall until a buyer is found, and vice versa. The MM's may take some stock on the book, but MM's dont need Risk so they tend not to take on book. Crest will balance stock at the close every evening. I once witness a friend of mine, (forced closed due to margin issues) and he tanked the price of a company back then, as he needed to close, he wiped £35m off the price of the company as he was selling into a empty order book. I've got this on my watch list, anyone know there Current Cash Position and what if any cash burn there is thank you in advance | rescuer
19/7/2018 12:40 | I give up. Someone said that for every seller there is a buyer so they cancel each other out and all we need is volumes. I don't agree with this. Hence why I put a an example of 50 sells of 475k. Jeez. | spacedust
19/7/2018 11:51 | Exactly sikh. Not a clue what spacedust is trying to say! | deltrotter
19/7/2018 11:48 | spacedust, "If there are 50 lots 475k sells, what do you think is the most likely thing to happen to the share price? My wild guess is that the price will tank." why 50 lots of 475k? what if there are 50 lots of 10k, 50k or 475k buys? ;-) | sikhthetech
19/7/2018 11:46 | But if there are buys totalling 23,575,000 then what do you think will happen????? | deltrotter
19/7/2018 11:42 | Never mind. If there are 50 lots 475k sells, what do you think is the most likely thing to happen to the share price? My wild guess is that the price will tank. | spacedust |
