20/7/2018 07:30 | Also why someone has bought millions of shares I guess | deltrotter
20/7/2018 07:24 | I see Wendy is emphasising that they have never lost a contract! This is significant because it seems the IIs don't like the relatively short term contracts. It is not an issue for me.... | nobbygnome
20/7/2018 07:18 | Richard Benson, Managing Director of About Health, said:"I am delighted that commissioners' confidence in our Dermatology Services has been reflected in these contract extensions. We continue our record of having never lost a contract we have been awarded."The new 12 month Referral Management contract, coming quickly after the announcement of the South Tees, North Tyneside and North Durham Referral Management Service, demonstrates the value of this service model, which we hope to expand significantly." | parob
20/7/2018 07:17 | Excellent news.... Like I said Monday, about health looks like it could be a really significant part of the company. Seems they have developed a model/service that they can replicate across the country... | deltrotter
19/7/2018 22:01 | Parob I agree. This could be one of few opportunities that are difficult to find hence why I will add. If it falls below 20p it will trigger fear and stop losses. Buybacks will happen then we will be off to the races. | spacedust
19/7/2018 21:58 | Institutions offloading as this price are giving wise investors an opportunity to pick up cheap stock. I'm not complaining.I have an alert set to go off every time the offer drops below 21p. | parob
19/7/2018 21:45 | Goodness me, this is almost becoming as bad as blnkx/rthm!!! | goblin99
19/7/2018 21:27 | My guess is they are sells. LO off loading. Lots more of those may come should LO sell all of their holding. | spacedust
19/7/2018 20:59 | Looks like the buyback has started.. late trades at 4x350k doesn't seem to be making much of an impact on share price tho? | jdunning
19/7/2018 20:28 | No point selling at 20p having bought at 120p. I will add once it hits the bottom. Where the bottom is is anyone's guess but I can see 14p to 15p without any further contracts or news and if LO decide to sell their remaining 4.6% Few people predicted yesterday that share price will rise today and I said it otherwise. Tomorrow is another day.....who wants to predict price movements??? It won't matter if I gold long enough I will probably make profit on my 120p. | spacedust
19/7/2018 20:18 | "are not swayed by bulletin board rampers who appear to see no further than the cash on the books?" I, for one, have done a lot of research, here and RTHM and, as you very well know, am not swayed by BB posters/cheerleaders Given you claim to be a holder, what's your view? You obviously can see past the cash? Everyone should do their own research. It's your own cash... Form your own risk/reward. | sikhthetech
19/7/2018 20:16 | I think it’s time to buy. DC | daicaprice
19/7/2018 19:30 | What about those who have picked up the millions of shares yesterday? Hmmm | deltrotter
19/7/2018 19:27 | I suspect there's always a "good" reason, but it may sometimes be more to do with internal risk management pressures and the desire not to have to publish a document showing a big holding in a poorly performing company, than it is to do with underlying potential of the company. That can be the private investor's advantage - longer time-frames to see an investment come good and no combative risk-management department to keep at bay or aggressive performance-manageme | 1gw
19/7/2018 19:19 | But there are so many examples where IIs have sold out at an appalling price for no good reason. No wonder our pensions etc do so badly! As a group fund managers are incompetent despite getting better information than us. Think about it. If they were any good at their job, they would be doing it for themselves not mugs like us! | nobbygnome
19/7/2018 19:15 | ""sp is set to sink lower"... Then why do you continue to hold???" Don't you think that's the same conversation that has been playing out in a number of institutions over the last few months, with fund managers defending their TLY pick to risk management challenge? Especially in those institutions which participated in the placing at 55p and are looking at a loss of 60% or so on those shares. Henderson participated in last year's placing in a fairly big way as far as I can see. They declared going from under 5% to 10.47% as of 17th March 2017, the day the placing shares were admitted. At that point wouldn't they have been one of TLY's biggest shareholders? They bought at least 5.47% in the placing, it would appear. This holding moved to Lombard Odier on 1st April 2017, just after the placing. But the move of the Volantis team was known well ahead of the placing - see linked article from November 2016: As of yesterday Lombard Odier are back down under 5%. Is it possible that institutional investors do bother to look at and think about the implications of the company accounts and are not swayed by bulletin board rampers who appear to see no further than the cash on the books? | 1gw
19/7/2018 19:11 | Once the seller is out these will motor, as Nobby and I are now seeing with our OPTI investment. If you believe in the story you just need patience. | parob
19/7/2018 19:03 | And also note someone has taken the other side from LO | deltrotter
19/7/2018 18:54 | >> slicethepie I completely agree! As long as you can see further than the end of your nose this is a very strong buy. There is clearly value here....but you may have to wait for it to be realised because of the overhang. That is fine with me. Nobby | nobbygnome
19/7/2018 18:45 | Knowing why the price has been weak ie LO selling is positive to me, I am now very comfortable adding to my holding into any weakness as they reduce further. | slicethepie
19/7/2018 18:35 | So, according to spacedust the market makers have taken on 1.5 million shares and are now going to try a buyer. Damn good of them. I never knew the market makers could be so kind! 😂 | deltrotter
19/7/2018 18:04 | spacedust "sp is set to sink lower"... Then why do you continue to hold??? If anything, I think LO are most likely to continue to sell the rest of their ex-Henderson holding... | sikhthetech
19/7/2018 17:51 | If they continue to sell their remaining 4.6% then I'm afraid the share price is set to sink lower......ok I'll get done for deramping again even though I hold from a staggering 120p | spacedust
19/7/2018 17:49 | Did say there IS a reason and seller is not done yet but I got accused of deramping. Now back to every buyer for seller. So LO have been selling but someone has been buying them. So it's good news yet Sp goes down. Like I said there isn't always a buyer for every seller. If no one buys LO shares then there is no buyer. | spacedust |
