AC oil lease is not disputed as it is on private lands. This is a fact mentioned by hoodoo lawyers. So we can move ahead with the drill on our lease. Everyone is concerned with the heavy sweet oil leases which are nothing to do with us.

In the meeting the Valkor Attorneys said they represent HSO and AC Oil in this case.

OGM Board Hearing The Motion;-

The board move to recognise HOODOO as a proper party, withstanding is to Heavy Sweet oil request to unitize the subject lands under the condition, all facts within this boards december 8 2022 order be conclusively established regarding lands within the pilot project moving forward.

To move forward in the short term Valkor will be taking on the TS2 site and swallow up
Tomco on the cheep.
But they like Tomco should have just moved on with the tar sand extraction in the first place rather than move onto the next thing as Tomco always seem to do.

To be honest I am somewhat bemused by your sudden realisation that this hearing is all about Valkor's leases.Of course Hoodoo have no lease associated with the TS11 land.We are being steam rollered by Valkor's need to make the enhanced oil recovery work because that is what their much, much bigger acreage is all about- they have no shallow tar sands to mine.

And I am astonished by the lack of knowledge in the hearing about the drilling in the area - I know more than they do FFS.

Ffs, we are not even a party to this, our leases are unaffected, it is only the hso leases that are affected. Why the eff have our bod not informed holders of this !, AC Oils (Tomco) lease is a private lease and has no dispute. So, if hso don’t get their way today what is the ONLY site where they can go ahead , yes, AC OIL site! . Ffs our bod are screwing us over. I will now bet those 250m shares are in valkor hands or someone else from over the pond.

I said along time ago valkor or a third party could take this out very cheaply ..their strategy all along could have been to trash Tom ..we await events

From this price its hard to see a good outcome

Since the massive new tranche of shares were to commence trading today - maybe it really was someone selling yesterday in order to buy back today (at a spread loss) but to induce the "faithful" into thinking "where there is a buy , there is a rumour" and hence try and create a market for the deluge of shares that can be dumped ?

Like that's never worked before....

Look at the 2 prices 0.072 and 0.08 when the price quote has been 0.07 to 0.08
