I am looking for a new job that gives 60% pay rises for failure. Anyone know of any companies that offer that?

I see the boss of SHELL is making statements today.

Cutting oil and gas production would be "dangerous and irresponsible", the boss of energy giant Shell has told the BBC.

Certainly is. I can't understand why they could turn against him , after we have highlighted his lack of experience for so long and the obvious failure to deliver anything except share dilution and excessive directors remuneration. There are no surprises for the gamblers. They could have just taken more notice of us in the first place !

Yeah, people don't buy in these numbers unless it's to round up to the nearest 000 figure, or if it how it works out when buying by the £ figure, but it would be a miracle if that fitted all of these trades in the same day. The 11111 and 22222 make no sense because the dealing charges add at least 50 percent and 25 percent respectively to the cost, just not worth doing at all.

If all that had any chance of happening we wouldn't be struggling for finance, we wouldn't be hinting at giving most of it away for a free ride

And ultimately a big player would have swooped in , bought us out and got on with it

I thought it was always going to be a 5000 a day plant then option to upgrade to 10,000

How 6000 tones a day, full year will have a 3000 tones a day
And at the last AGM they told us it would be a 5000 a day plant as it was not viable to feed a 10k plant.

In half year results this was also in their.
The 10k plant has shrunk.
Greenfield is engaged in ongoing discussions regarding possible funding options to potentially achieve the ultimate acquisition of 100% of the TSHII Membership Interests, as well as the proposed drilling of several oil production wells and the future construction of the planned initial 6,000 tonnes per day separation plant, whilst progressing other preparatory work. Whilst there can be no certainty that the Company and Greenfield can secure the requisite funding and further well permitting required, I am optimistic, based on discussions with potential funders to date, that the requisite funding package to implement our plans can be secured during the remainder of 2023 and thank all of our stakeholders for their continued patience and support.

Just catching up on events. I notice that there is a consensus on the dark thread that JP should go.

A couple of observations - when you have one employee who is the sum total of the company's knowledge, it is a major decision to sack him.

Secondly sacking would be read as failure of the company strategy and it would most likely result in TOM being wound up.

Thirdly I would be amazed if TOM were not forced to pay a very healthy compensation package which they cannot afford.

Fourthly it will not be in the Board's personal interests to dump JP.

JP's £250k a year is safe while shareholders want to fund his life style.
