From today's interim results

"an ongoing exercise seeking to secure potential funding of up to US$200 million for Greenfield."

Finally the company is starting to catch up .
Remember where you read that figure first . I have been saying it for many months.

The gamblers thread were touting a figure of $100m for a long time saying it was in the middle of a range.
I said from the start it was too low.
And had to move the figures on for inflation etc.

Now Tom has concluded that their initial estimate was wrong by 75% !
I suspect that $200m is now light.

Perhaps the gamblers can now see that we have been correct every step.

Perhaps the gamblers can now see its fantasy - $200m for a company that cannot borrow $0.5m to repay a 28% loan ? Dream on.

Rmart you were talking of dreams recently. Imagine for a moment that Instead focusing on this dog imagine you would pick a winner, I mean anything which goes up only and consistently down(at least a decade timeframe) Imagine your life now decades later, all those profits for generations. Why are you stuck with a looser? When will you get it? Is delisting the only alternative for you? X10 will probably get you in -89.99% when will you wake up?

Rmart get off the cheap wine and get back to your cozy thread. How many holding rns there were over those 2 decades you were ramping this dog? You jump on every each one of them like a kid in the playground. Look where is the Sp and your portfolio muppet

I think someone should remind the BOD that we heed an AGM next month, we don’t want to miss that like the annual results resulting in another fiasco following that omission.

Normally gets it right ! LOL

………;……̷0;.

This is exactly type of investor who allowed this dog to trade for so long and allowed several delusions and paid healthy salaries. Good old rmart took a big part of it almost for 2 decades. Oh well

jaynealex - Valkor GAVE away Greenfield for nothing !

Have you never read any of this ?

IF Tom / Greenfield raise $200m + and set up a CORT plant within about 18m then Valkor stand to gain 30% of TOM.

But as we knew that is not going to happen - they cannot even raise $1.5m....

Rmart ..extract from the header

On 19 June 2020 TomCo announced the formation of a new joint venture called Greenfield Energy LLC, owned on 50/50 basis between TomCo and Valkor.

Valkor bring expertise from its experience working with Petroteq Energy, an oil sands specialist also based in Utah, which uses its own proprietary separation process. Valkor holds a licence to use the Petroteq process within the USA. Under the Greenfield JV TomCo and Valkor will apply this technology to establish a 10,000 barrel per day production facility once the technology has been fully validated and a suitable location for oil sands extraction has been identified.

This process has a number of advantages over conventional oil sands separation techniques:

A modular, scalable extraction plant
Lower start-up capex
Lower water requirement
By-product of clean sand, requiring no expensive remediation
Output of sweet (low sulphur) heavy oil, potentially suitable for use as marine bunker fuel, with no further refining

It looks like a lot of conjecture at the moment. Best to wait for news. Although with TOM, that could be forever.

If Rmart thinks it is good news, I will go along with that, he normally gets it right. Just waiting for finance.
