Today is hotting up on the other BB as they work out that they have been shafted. The use of the word 'life line to TOM shareholders' by SB of Valkor and reported by Vauch must be particularly galling.

Unfortunately shareholders are many years too late in getting angry and right now there is nothing they can do except hope that some unplanned event or circumstance creates some value.

Vauch, that is so very important. They probably won’t read it at HQ or believe it is a fake or a lie. Perhaps the BOD will now realise that Potter is a Fake and a liar. I have emailed the Chairman, requesting a vote at the AGM, on Potter’s position to be removed as CEO.and will post a copy on here.

Nope as you wont get one.
Ask all that post hear if Tomco have ever replied to an Email, I can assure you that it will be a no,
If the big holders can see what is going on then it will be imposable to shift JP.
I was told at last AGM from JP he only reads the posting on ADVFN when in the loo.
I took it from that comment he has zero intrest in shareholders.
I will press all of them on their substantial holdings in the co.

According to the Valkor CEO thy are propping Tomco up.
So this is the clearest signee to me that John Potter has ne Creedence and should leave the company.
I asked if Valkor are looking to have a public listing and are they interested in
taking over Tomco.
The reply.
We have no plans to go public or entwine further with TomCo. We are trying to give TomCo a lifeline, as I know many shareholders, but that is the extent.

Alongside the acquisition of the initial 10% of the Membership Interests, a newly incorporated subsidiary of Greenfield has been granted a lease over approximately 320 acres of the 760 acre site owned by TSHII (the "Lease Area"), for a nominal consideration and annual rental of US$320, together with a 12% of net sales royalty per barrel of conventional oil, gas or sulphur produced and removed from the Lease Area.
The lease provides Greenfield's subsidiary with the exclusive right to explore, drill, and mine for, and extract, store, and remove oil, gas, hydrocarbons, and other associated substances on and from the Lease Area, together, inter alia, with the right to erect, construct and use such plant and equipment and infrastructure as required. The lease is for an initial term of 10 years and will continue thereafter for so long as any oil, gas or other hydrocarbons are being produced from the Lease Area or drilling operations are being prosecuted or as the parties may agree.


This is why no one else will buy TSHII. Without tomco nothing can be done on the part of the land that has the value for at least another 9 years.

This is why some sort of deal will be done. I don’t see the original deal but I do see that we could get a deal which will see the share price rise back up from here.

It really is sad, evidently the BOD have complete faith in JP. Obviously they like overpaid failures. Do they ever check the sp?

I have also voiced concerns valkor are just playing us

if this had any value a straight sale would beat a free ride for a small %

You feel helpless now ..imagine how you'd feel if that deal went ahead

If we get an AGM, we can vent our displeasure at the company. Still no date. I am going to venture a guess. They are waiting to announce some finance, before the AGM,to prove that hope springs eternal. Come on JP prove me wrong. Prove that you are not the most overpaid director in the country contributing nothing TO TOM in the last year. Not difficult.

They will be the operator of nothing with no money.

When are this bod going to be honest and let us know the true position? Is it a case that JP has been strung along by Valkor for 2 years while valkor needed cash? telling JP it will all come good for tomco with a great finance package whilst all along they were playing with him?

I have said this for a long time but no one would listen.

Have Valkor now dumped him and he is scrambling around trying to find a way out of the mess?

It is time for a truth rns but we wont get one.
