Reichy I can understand that you get a little emotional when you have experienced these sorts of losses. We are not really here for you, but for those who historically you have enticed into TOM and led them up the garden path. I believe that the Hoodoo opposition will be struck off. The Board have no authority to adjudicate on what Hoodoo are arguing about, simple, so they must strike it off and get on with what they can adjudicate on, which is the Valkor licence application. Groat held back the position re Reform which ended up in creditors liquidation. He also claimed various skills for Potter and his experiences in business without saying what they were. He did not mention Potter’s training and remember two non execs came and went presumably because they had issues about Potter inter alia.
As a chartered accountant it could be argued that he failed to make full disclosure and that what he did say was so misleading!

Mixi, as ever you are far off the pace (same as PET and CICC). There is no news because narrative does not generate news. You signed up to paying JP and why should he work for nothing. The work may be irrelevant but that is a problem of the strategy.

Despite numerous faults on the BOD’s side, Groat will know that there is little that can be done to ‘fault’ him or Co directors so they will all walk off with impunity.
In effect you are a guilty party for investing here when the risks were so great and your research has been proven to be rubbish.
So unless the extraordinary happens which it will not, it is the very end and very painful.
SL, DAMAC and a few others may be following JP ELSEWHERE! Who knows?

If they are still being paid, they could be reported to the FCA for dereliction of responsibility to shareholders for withholding news. Although there may be a reason for this, if Tom is making progress towards finance. Hopefully.
