20/4/2022 12:05 | 5% Shareholders ? Most here I suspect are small time gamblers , they would sell as soon as they could get a profit. Remember the recent placing and the crowing about "even institutional investors see the potential" Yeah , the potential to flip the shares a few days later (asap) and made a turn. The others that hold larger and longer , are "believers" they will not change. You know the sort that would see these shares fall to 0.01p and claim its a fantastic opportunity for " a top up" I summary I cannot see anyone getting together and doing anything about TOM | ![]() fenners66
20/4/2022 11:31 | I agree, Fenners. It's a gamble, and one that is stacked against ever hopeful gamblers/investors. This is repeated with many other companies, particularly on AIM, but there is no one to stop it. The Board should behave responsibly, but there isn't a single person on the Board (including the CEO) who understands the company's professed business. The nomad should ensure that the Board is capable, but they don't seem to take that responsibility seriously. The result is that the company is effectively led by the one person or group that does understand something about the business - Steve Byle at Valkor - and there is no one to question his actions or motives. Of all the funds Tom has raised in the last two years, the vast majority have gone into Vakor's coffers. And yet Tom is no closer to creating an income stream than it was three years ago whilst promoting the ridiculous RF technology. Throughout, it's been a gamble, not a crime. But someone should be held responsible for the millions in losses. Seeing as how it is the shareholders (definitely not the Board) taking those losses, will shareholders organize themselves and put forward a responsible board? 5% is all that is required for an EGM.... | ![]() 1dutchman
20/4/2022 09:37 | "But how much more can investors take?" Investors ? Investors look for returns , in a business and look for growth to profits , potential dividends etc. There are gamblers here. Gamblers have shown themselves to continue to lose money ad-infinitum until its all gone and any they can borrow is all gone as well. | ![]() fenners66

19/4/2022 14:32 | Previously we had ""Petroteq's system is closed loop in nature, meaning that +95% of the solvents used in the extraction process are recovered, recycled, and reused while roughly 5% remain within the oil that's extracted." Today we have " Its patented solvent washes the sand of oil and is almost 100% recycled for continued use with no negative environmental impact. " They cannot get their story straight. Today's message smacks of desperation to me | ![]() fenners66

19/4/2022 08:47 | I think the Tuesday following Easter Monday still counts as around Easter Goulding ;)Let's see what news he brings back and before anyone says it, a Terms sheet does not have to have a specific RNS especially as it was already in the public domain following the company update. Onwards and upwards ;) | ![]() ajj2003
19/4/2022 08:27 | Goulding you need to be specific. Delay in reporting the drilling, or the finance, or both. As ever I am happy to be wrong but it would be wildly optimistic to assume any financing RNS until they are generating substantive income. The only possible route of 'the substantive income' will be from the drill and that is not without technical problems. | ![]() the diddymen
