05/4/2022 07:16 | As 1d points out, having cleared out the bad news last week in the Financial Statements you would expect the path to be cleared for the drilling results to start the 'good news'. Idle speculation but the next passing of the hat 'to develop the drill news'? | ![]() the diddymen

04/4/2022 14:02 | I believe john is in Utah until the middle of April...another couple of weeks to sign something off?! Now this years placing and the box ticking accounts are out of the way it's time to get the ball rolling on some serious project updates! I'd expect results from the cores very soon for starters...If the permits are in we should pressume they are satisfactory. | ![]() stuart little

04/4/2022 13:51 | Who is responsible for finding end-user clients for Utah? That's us together with TomCo and Valkor. All looking good to me ;) | ![]() ajj2003
04/4/2022 13:49 | Utah inland market. What are the main targets: industrial, power? There are famously very large facilities like Kennecott smelting and refining that are large consumers of HFO.Yes, there are. And there are some other clients as well that we are looking at who are running coal-fired power plants, where potentially you can use MSAR or bioMSAR as a reburn fuel to reduce NOx emissions. That's one of the applications, as well. As well as some other possibilities in terms of diesel engine applications. But Kennecott is a good option. | ![]() ajj2003
04/4/2022 13:46 | For Utah to generate revenue in H2, we must have end users lined up. Is this correct? That's certainly the intention, but yeah, that's the work that's happening this month and during the next few weeks, is to basically line up exactly those end users, and determine what's required for them to actually start running on the on MSAR or bioMSAR. | ![]() ajj2003

04/4/2022 12:06 | Look at the accounts, look at past two years! In days bygone the audit firm senior partner would have said GO - we do not act for unsuccessful businesses. These days a £40kish fee is too compelling so the auditors and Board do well from shareholders’ folly. | ![]() lopodop

04/4/2022 10:38 | BTW – for those who are tired of it, an EGM can be called with 5% of the shares supporting. This was recently done and a new board and management offered for an AIM-listed company called ADM Energy, but the vote was lost because management and the Board held too many shares. This is definitely not the case with TomCo, so 5% might well carry the day. | ![]() 1dutchman
04/4/2022 10:36 | With a small company like Tom that is entirely held by retail punters, is there anything that can shut it down or force a change of direction? It seems unlikely. By now, this fact must have sunk-in for JP and the Board. And no doubt the nomads in large part maintain their livelihoods off of the fees on this and similar AIM lightweights. A good gig if one can get it. | ![]() 1dutchman
04/4/2022 10:35 | Good point, Fenners. Which raises the question as to what has to happen in order for shareholders to become so disillusioned that they give up on a company like Tom? If one were to look back over the last 10 years of Tom bulletin boards, there must be countless players who have left the game. But others have replaced them, and so the game keeps running. | ![]() 1dutchman
