No, so not sure why the remaining 90% would as lots of avenues available for funding, especially if you break the $145 miilion down in bits from various sources, to get the first one or two smaller projects up and running (that would not require anything to do with PQE). Think a project by project approach was suggested previously by another poster.

Vivakor plant should be up an running in 5-6 weeks time, be nice for an update on that, eg all equipment on site and on time would be a good start.

Yep I agree goulding this is becoming ridiculous now as it has been to long.
Funding proposal was men't to be within two weeks and sorted by Easter.
So one can only conclude that this all hinges on the PQE sale, so nothing before mid June.

Looks like all trades today are sells, I haven’t looked closely, but surely “enough is enough” JP and all Board members. There must be some wriggle room for guidance to shareholders.I won’t speculate, as that could be misleading.

Well it's not quite happened but it got me thinking a bit.

PQE has lost a fortune
has struggled for cash for years
has given shares for cash lifelines
If I correctly remember has converted loans to equity ?

How fortunate for a company so reliant on issuing shares to stay alive
that a "White Knight " could arrive and pay a 1000% premium (possibly) or
have an extended promise to do so....

That surely would give lots of confidence to anyone thinking of commuting
loans to equity ?
Or those wondering where their next interest /capital payment is coming from?

Unfortunate for shareholders that the market for the shares is closed , shares
suspended, so they could not sell in the market and take advantage of that
1000% premium....

Good to see TOMco's share price up today. Strange that the share price should go up you'd think it would drip down with their being no news.

Online it's 0.5215p to sell and 0.5418p to buy 1 Mill shares.

Quoted price 0.52p and 0.55p
