I would be very surprised if RF played any part here in the foreseeable, if ever again. Just my opinion.

Valkor are more interested in RF tec as was stated in an RNS I think last year.

Would be happy for Valkor to develop Turboshale on our leases, but I assume they will be quite busy in the near term.

Is this the agreement with greenfield..-- GBP5.6 million in cash reserves at 31 December 2021 (31 December 2020: GBP1.1 million), sufficient to reach revenue generation in H2 2022 subject to the conclusion of commercial project agreements

Our project in Utah involves using MSAR® technology to emulsify low-sulphur 10-13° API heavy oil that can be recovered from the billions of barrels of oil-sand deposits located at Asphalt Ridge in Utah, USA. Oil samples provided by our client, Greenfield Energy LLC were successfully converted to both MSAR® and bioMSAR™ by our RDI team at QRF. Quadrise are now working with Greenfield to finalise the plans for future commercial implementation, on similar opportunitieshttps://www.quadrisefuels.com/faqs/faqs-projects-ops/

I am surprised that the US is not trying to advance the greener extraction by way of some funding.
The extraction plant has so much going for it with such high profits.
The 5000 plant is the main one all other parts are side shows.
And only 6 days left on the PQE offer, will it or wont it this time.

Talais, I don't mean to be rude, but you really ought to do more research before posting anything about shale. Start by googling the difference between oil shale and shale oil. Those leases are a complete irrelevance for now.

Great post from Crownos over on LSENot to sound snotty here but unfortunately I will, What do Tomco actually do?.... odd question from someone who has already invested. I think that is a question you should ask yourself and actually research before you invest. We are currently waiting for an RNS outlining the results of the 3rd exploration well, no doubt this has already been drilled and they are analysing the results. If the results come back positive like the last two then no doubt an announcement on Tomco moving towards drilling the 25x 100bpd wells will follow.Tomco aren't sitting on their ar*e twiddling their thumbs, with their two new possible revenue streams ontop of securing funding for the 5k bpd plant I think they have alot on their plate right now. I don't for one second think they are dawdling like some think they are, a lack of an RNS isn't a sign things have halted or going down hill, they will notify shareholders when its time to do so.Just look at QFI, people were loosing their sh*t, doomsaying day in and out due to a lack of an RNS and then suddenly the meeting put all their doomsday prophecies to bed and now they are hoping for things signed by the end of this month. People need to stop thinking that just because they are invested in a company that they are somehow entitled to an update every week even if there is nothing to update on. Companies have a duty to notify shareholders of any significant changes, so just sit tight and wait with patience, something that is definitely lacking on AIM stocks where so many are itching and expecting to be flown to the moon in weeks or months when in actually fact it takes years.

Hi Talais, presume the formal design sign off by Valkor will be one of the fundamentals to allow the c$145 million project funding to proceed. If so then a step nearer ;)

Not a hope in Hell of them placing more shares at these levels, in my opinion! Johns position would become very precarious if he did! There is still a chance of circa £5m from warrants at an average of around .85p to aim for.

Yeah Stuart but you know my glass is half empty on this one!

There is significant technical risk attached to the extraction process. If it works then they can use the cash generated to develop the next massive technical risk which is the CORT plant.

In my opinion the management will go early on the next round of funding. Good news on the drill (not the extraction) would be the perfect time given the technical uncertainty that will follow.

Only £29m of losses so far and one employee to show for it!

The World Could See A Record-Breaking Oil Supply Shock

By Tsvetana Paraskova - Mar 17, 2022, 7:00 PM CDT
IEA: market could lose around 3 million bpd of supply from Russia starting in April.
Sanctions come at a time that OECD crude inventories were already well below their 5-year average.
OPEC producers have not been willing to fill the supply gap.
U.S. shale not expected to bring immediate relief to oil markets

FFS TOM get a move on, the future is all yours.
