Can you point at one thing from that last RNS that suggests there will be any oil this year?

TOmco board of directors are not to be trusted, this is a placing to avoid.

I would challenge anyone to find a monecor client who has been contacted ref a placing. I will bet you cannot find anyone. This is someone taking a large position and I would expect a tr1 in due course.

someone will multibag from here imo. I am sticking around to see this through. Funded for a full 12 months and we will be producing oil earlier than that.

If we are not producing oil by then I will accept defeat and bow out but I am expecting at least a 4 bag from here.

TOmco leadership disappoint again


As announced on 16 November 2021, the Company had previously intended to drill three exploration wells on the TSHII site during December 2021. All information requested by the Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining has been submitted by Greenfield's wholly owned subsidiary, AC Oil LLC, in order for permits to be issued for these planned wells, with such permits expected shortly. Additionally, the permitting process for the planned initial production wells has commenced and it is currently anticipated, subject to the requisite permits being received and further funding being obtained in addition to that being provided pursuant to the Placing, that these will be drilled by the end of H1 2022.

So despite all the fantasists and rampers on the lalaland thread saying no placing , Valkor paying for and drilling exploration wells and then producing oil practically by now, the latest position emerges that the exploration wells may get started by the end of June !

As I have stated Valkor know exactly what they are doing , they are in business and are not a charity.

Be aware they have similar previous.

HCD signed MOU with Valkor that envisages Valkor will fund 3 vertical wells or 1 horizontal well to earn up to 65% in deeper areas and up to 85% in the shallow ‘mineable̵7; areas by spending US$250,000 on studies and then installing processing facilities.

The Group has not progressed the binding agreements with the two MOU entered into with Valkor, where Valkor could earn an interest in HCD's Utah project by funding the next two phases of exploration, appraisal and development. The MOU's are not binding and the lack of progress has created uncertainty as to whether final agreements will be completed.


And lo it never happened - Valkor did nothing and instead bought the land for a "snip" i.e. much , much cheaper than TOM has paid for TSHII.


But hey la la land says everything is rosey.

Why is Horsmann leaving b- to pursue other interests - has he lost faith too and is he receiving a payoff? Is there anything he feels duty bound to declare?

someone stuck in 1.5m. That is a fact. There has been no placing hawking around for the last week or so or someone would have known about it and the share price would have reacted.

It is a large investor, imo probably someone who has cash from petroteq sales coming in or connected to to funding party.

Finance on the way for the 5000 bopd plant next. All IMO.

Does the 2% interest per month to Valkor compound monthly ?

Valkor set to be earning $50k a month in interest from TOM pretty quickly without repayment.....

I have been warning the funding would be near $150 million for months with reasons.
Whilst lalaland was sticking to the lower $110m "or maybe less"

This admittance from the company of At least $145m is dripping out death by a thousand cuts.

Since they have already added $35m expect the goalposts have already moved.

Add 7% minimum

But arguably it is irrelevant , now Valkor have shown their hand and are not interested in funding 3 exploration wells
- never show how desperate you are in business - there is even less prospect of anyone ever lending this 1 man band $160m !

There was a highlighted post on the other thread - at the top - where rmart quoted my post saying no revenue for the first quarter - why would anyone lend them the cash ... and rmart telling everyone it instead was going to be X bpd by then.

A placing at 19% discount on the same day we are told that zac philips is on the bod AND that there is someone doing due dilligence on the full funding for the 5000 bopd plant.

stinks yes, but also tells you where the share price will go.

Been a while. I was wrong, thought a placing late last year, but it was inevitable. It is what this sham does. 1.75b shares. A market cap of £9m at 0.5p is ridiculous for a company that is technically insolvent and is nothing more than a share creating fruit machine. Just look back across any period and you will see the way in which the narrative subtly shifts until the aim you thought was the focus is now in the long grass and yet another jam tomorrow story has emerged. That you cannot or will not see it, is your limitation not the shamco. For as long as it is allowed it will continue to do. You are mugs just like those who gamble online or play the lottery, just chancers. All legal but there only to take your cash with the lure of 'the big win'. Not much really to say as it has all been said before. Just a reminder of the foolishness of your ways. Dear me.
