Estimated on $62 The Report was prepared using oil and marketable sand price parameters specified by TomCo. The future oil produced and processed through mining operations is assumed to yield three distinct products including asphalt, heavy oil, and diesel. The asphalt price is based on the Argus Asphalt Index price of US$93.64. Heavy oil and diesel prices are based on the 1 December 2021, West Texas Intermediate posted price of US$62.05 and are adjusted for quality and market differentials. Sand produced through mining operations is assumed to be processed and sold as four distinct products (industrial, construction, frac and silica sands). Sand prices are based on the 2019 United States Geological Survey prices for each product.

Just to clarify the $150m again for those that forget and any denyers

The fantasy plant estimate at $110m +/- 25%
We all know that construction estimates always are presented on the low end
So $137.5m
Add in +7% for 2 years (almost 1 year gone already)
and you have $157m...
For a one man band to fund , with no source of cash funding of their own....

Roll up , Roll up , who wants to fund my asteroid mining ?

Is that prepping the market to understand they are never going to have the cash to buy the massively overpriced 90%?

Remember the land next door was bought already with exploration done for a fraction.

What , more importantly was not addressed was when drilling dirty oil tests will start/ why the delays ?

So ignoring reality and concentrating on a future fantasy - after all there is no source of funding $150m plant.

I could potentially identify an asteroid stuffed full of diamonds - but without the cash it stays where it is.

Still no RNS on the permits.

The RNS is on the reserves, should the trial plant have the capacity to be scaled up ("potential commercial scale project").

In my view I do not know why they bother if they have secured a 'bang to rights' oil field. The trouble with oil fields is that they need to be explored and drilled and that requires permits.

It's a one man band.
I know they don't have any current projects to manage either , but the point in any quoted business is to manage the business , the share price is only a reflection of supply and demand.

If they had a business to get in good shape the longer term share price takes care of itself.

Share price up on narrative , down without narrative - counts for nothing only a tangible business would change it.
