Hi damac .. do you speak for your friend and mine "The Mighty FISH?"

I wouldn't mind a buy-out what ever the price as it would take away me selling too early and wanting to drink myself into oblivion.

Ducky, no need to worry about me. I’m seeing this through to at least production from the CORT plant in 2023 as are others with far bigger holdings than mine 😉

There's a NPv per share table at different WACCs and different oil prices

I think their most optimistic at 21.2p is still low

It doesn't take into account getting more leases and more plants

It's a near term maximum

Come on Tommy !

Think Valkor would have a large say in proceedings DF. With their backing in place then it would be very difficult for anyone to railroad a takeover through. Nice insurance policy to have in place whilst a monster is created ;)

Hi jay .. I would think a buy out price if ever there was one would be down to the large shareholders like damac and the FISH and Directors of the company as to what they would accept. Minions like us don't have a say.

Hi jay .. The big question is of course can TOMco get the required finance over
the line. Then we are all going to be rich.

Well Ducky it's not quite a broker note , but it covers NPV per share at different WACC levels and oil.prices

Me I'm on the 30 times plus plus plus end of the spectrum

To me with all the potential roll out , more leases more 5000 bpd plants the skies the limit ..I was straight in for another modest top up this am

But seriously a good marker in the ground ...no predator is getting this for pennies now!

PR picking up with Tomco tweeting this mornings excellent proactive interview with Ed Staceyhttps://twitter.com/proactive_uk/status/1462710524131614720?s=21
oil be there

It should certainly be tweeted though, if only to show a continued PR shove from the company.

It is a shame that a report like that cannot be rns'd.

Nobody sees these exciting reports but us holders. DF

Slowly slowly catchy monkey as they say but if you start to factor in more in-situ wells, which are relatively easy to add or a second 5000 bopd train or additional plants then the numbers start getting very silly ;)

First things first, get the financing sorted along with the essential landmarks then we can all start to dream. Good luck to all and presume John is on everyones Xmas card list this year ;)

Finance news for the wells and we move into the pennies imo. These days the market likes certainty.

Drilling in 6 days so either we have the cash for it or it is on the way.

And to be honest carbon neutral is the icing. Production is the cake. Say sorry to your grandkids from me.

Just the green card left to play....marvellous. It's not as if you've spent the last 6 months exhausting all the other angles. Crack on.

You understand the term greenwashing ?

They can say all they want - but if it cannot be delivered in any sizeable form because there is no carbon to pump - its all talk.

A more shortsighted view is drilling for oil at all instead of going for a truly green alternative....

As for those on the other thread that are convinced that CORT is not still just dirty oil......

I find it sad that you can't actually applaud them for attempting to extract oil in a carbon neutral manner. Your grandkids will thank John even if you are too shortsighted....:-)

For comparison to our current £10m m/cap - Zphr have today announced the purchase of a North Dakota asset that produces circa 800 barrels a day for $36m (plus some other non producing wells). Zephyr see this as an excellent deal giving them cheap access to production, which shareholders and the market clearly agrees with.

Based on a successful rollout of Tomcos model we could be producing a similar, if not greater, amount in Q2 2022. Given a successful outcome I would hope to see the initial 5 wells ramped up on a regular basis using cash generated, whilst also allowing some working capital to filter down to Tomco.

I don't like the term 'no brainer' but we've clearly never been in a stronger position imo.

fn.

I see they have some DCF numbers on the other thread oil price vs WACC

Funny how the Weighted average cost of capital on the slide goes nowhere near the Current 28%

Also talking about trying to greenwash the drilling suggesting carbon capture from local sources .....

But Asphalt Ridge is more or less in the middle of nowhere... what industrial scale carbon release is there close by...?

$150 at 28% would make interesting reading - no capital cost shown on the slide on the other thread....
