21/11/2021 13:46 | RMART Bear this in mind old lad. An investor reading these regular board contributions would give far greater credence to FENNERS and it is highly likely that the market consensus has been, is and will remain this way. Why is the share price drifting; surely it ought to be well above 1p and moving forwards? So the score continues to be wholly in favour of FENNERS and you all should be extremely grateful for the effort put into this. May be JP and the non execs are also grateful as it gives them a chance to reflect on the downsides and perhaps act more decisively. | ![]() lopodop

21/11/2021 12:28 | fenners6621 Nov '21 - 10:30 - 13536 of 13540 "Novum Securities - 46,666,666 warrants at an exercise price of 0.45p for a period of 2 years from 30.11.20 - Potential value to Tomco = £210,000" If that is the case why have they not been exercised yet ? Because... 1. A house brokers priority is to not take on approx. 46m shares and then dump them at current levels, which in doing so further suppresses the share price of their client. 2. A house broker will prefer to take up the warrants when the project has been massively de-risked and everything is pointing to the share price making substantial rises. The house broker would then (if the decision is to sell), disposes of those shares in a responsible manner against an anticipated rising SP, in such a way that causes as little suppression to the client's share price as possible. 3. Or if the reason for take up in point 2 didn't happen and it got closer to the expiry date of the warrants, the house broker would no doubt have to take up them up and dispose of them as responsible as possible to minimise the impact on the clients share price Everything is pointing to option 2. | ![]() damac
21/11/2021 11:17 | Fenners, you are losing the battle, you need to recognise this and stop making a fool of yourself. Drilling starts after 6 more trading days. | rmart
21/11/2021 11:15 | I find it amazing that people post, often hours per day, on a share bb where they don't own any shares. What sad lives they must have. Got to be better things to do surely. DF | ![]() ducky fuzz
21/11/2021 10:37 | "optimistically thinks that others are going to be drilling soon"For john to commit to a fairly specific date, in literally a few days time, he must have contracted the drill team. This is too easy Fenners.... | ![]() stuart little
21/11/2021 10:34 | I agree it would be a massive positive to see those warrants exercised. Especially being house broker. £200k in the bank would be helpful in the push to that March production period... | ![]() stuart little
21/11/2021 10:32 | Permitting takes about 2 months from the data received. The data takes about 1 week from explo drilling complete. The drilling starts in 10 days. First of 25 Production wells due March. Revenue from said wells due March/April. (It's not that far down in relative oil drilling terms.)A far cry from your "everything packs up middle of November until March" statement wouldn't you say? | ![]() stuart little

21/11/2021 10:25 | SL - So back to the why finance question for 3 months ? When do you think Greenfield will get actually get some income then ? But of course the sub lease allows the 3rd party to drill to try and get their money back regardless of other outcomes... and the 28% interest rate and be able to get it back yourself .... helps no doubt! Everyone has watched the JP interview , a man with a very recent history of missing self imposed deadlines , just for sitting around a desk and agreeing a deal , by months and now he is optimistically thinks that others are going to be drilling soon. However the actual drilling for anything like revenue is not going to be for months it needs permits first ! He is paid to talk up their prospects , there is not much else he can do , but another 2.5m delay to join the last would be playing to form... | ![]() fenners66

20/11/2021 22:18 | RMart, SL ETC. You have taken a weak story line hook line and sinker without thinking it through. A placing won't seem so painful with Christmas high on the agenda. But it could smash the share value. However you're all in forgiving mood and from hereon JP cannot fail even if TOM hits problems. JP can sit back and enjoy the next months whatever happens and should TOM go belly up he walks away with £250k provided the cash is in the bank. What's wrong with you lot but do please keep it up because it's hilarious reading material, especially the vitriol. | ![]() lopodop
