Added 2.5m this morning (1.5m & 1m). Now holding 8.5m shares. Planning to take it to 10m when funds permit!
Bit of a no-brainer really buying at this level.

A company is so much stronger when it engages with it's shareholders. We now have some numbers and better knowledge of the process to give us a clearer understanding as these 2 project move to an exciting stage!

Keep it up Tom! A very news rich period is upon us....

I also not in the report that there has been no reference to Petroteq at all, including the schematics.

Drilling to circa 600 feet to unlock the oil (in a carbon neutral manner). Clearly not without issues but in oil drilling terms it's barely scratching the surface!!

DCF sensitivity for the project - NPV in GBp per share

WTI Currently $76.

I am really struggling to see what people want from buying shares, this should be 5p already.

I agree Stuart, securing the 10% with the exclusive right to purchase the remaining 90% was the catalyst for moving forward on many fronts.

Surprised nobody has mentioned the new numbers, which will no doubt be backed up by the soon to be released Site Reserves Report. 50M barrels of oil on the in-situ well programme alone.....

Edit: just beaten to it by rmart lol

"During Q4 2021 and Q1 2022 we believe the company could be in a position to finalise the financing for both projects, receive permits, and commence site works. We believe that the in-situ project could begin generating revenues in 2022 and the separation plant project in 2023."

What a great write up by Ed Stacey. So many positives in there.

Gives a great insight into the near term prospects here.

News on drill contracts/drilling commencement soon I would guess..

We estimate that US$120mln of investment would establish a separation plant producing 5,000 bpd of output. This would produce ongoing revenue of over US$150mln per year. Tomco's share of upfront capex covered by third party.....

Carbon neutral, well that is an unexpected twist. I wonder if Tomco is going to be rebranded from a hydrocarbon producer to a hydrogen producer.

Dramatic share price upside under a positive outcome for the oil production projects

These estimates compare to the current TomCo share price of 0.7p per share, implying 6.5x to 30x upside to the share price.

My estimate for next yr was a 10 bag, I underestimated !

We estimate operating costs for the in-situ separation process at around $30 a barrel, meaning that the operation should achieve a strong gross profit margin at the current oil price.

Carbon-neutral oil

The process will use carbon dioxide from industrial exhaust gases. TomCo is in talks with industrial CO2 emitters in the locality and envisages capturing CO2 which would otherwise have been discharged into the atmosphere. The CO2 that is injected into the well remains below ground after the drilling operation is finished, and as such this can be categorised as a carbon sequestration project. In fact, it is possible that the carbon that will be sequestered in this way will equal or exceed all of the CO2 emissions that will result from the use of the oil end-product.

In other words, this oil will be effectively carbon-neutral.
