In fact, it is possible that the carbon that will be sequestered in this way will equal or exceed all of the CO2 emissions that will result from the use of the oil end-product. In other words, this oil will be effectively carbon-neutral.Carbon neutral oil production. Tick!!

Last paragraph from above note

Dramatic share price upside under a positive outcome for the oil production projects

These estimates compare to the current TomCo share price of 0.7p per share, implying 6.5x to 30x upside to the share price. We recognise that the market will apply a substantial discount until:

Permits and financing are finalised, which we expect in the next 3-6 months
Site work commences
Revenue commences
We argue that the current TomCo share price leaves dramatic upside potential under a positive outcome for the oil production projects.

Very good. Now back to John's "surprising response to Novum's warrants". You forgot to give us your opinion/ knowledge on the matter. I'd really appreciate your insight. If it's bad news I can handle it, promise.

Read the market, the final adjudicator. It will back up everything that your blind faith simply ignores. If you are so trusting, why are you so concerned about the contrary views of others. Could it be like RMART you are very unsure about the so called plan and your potential losses. TOM appears to be a one man show - even the non execs remain quiet apparently. For want of repeating it yet again, JP does not invest in TOM nor the non execs. WHY? They want others to take the risk.

Thanks for checking the detail damac.

Shows the danger of taking posts off other boards as gospel. Having said that some written articles can be seriously suspect as well.

Onwards and upwards ;)

I know it was not you who wrote it as you say it was taken from the LSE board but there are errors in what has been posted.

Firstly, the "Conditional Approval of Amended Notice of Intention to Commence Large Mining, Tar Sands Holding II" is to Tar Sands Holdings II LLC as they are the 90% owners of the land.

Secondly, It was only an excess of $4k surety bond that was posted to DOGM by TSHII which was added to the existing surety bond of $792k which was posted in 2017.

NOTE - Credit to BusaMitch for originally uncovering the documents.

Anyone know why we had a Directorstalk video presentation and not the usual
Proactive one?

I like the Proactive presentations. Are they more expensive?

Greenfield Energy: Conditional Approval of Amended Notice of Intention to Commence Large Mining, Tar Sands Holding II - November 21, 2021

Reclamation Surety Bond

Reclamation Cost Estimate Update

This is yet another positive sign that TomCo Energy is well on its way to build their first 5,000 barrels of oil per day production plant.

For those that do not understand the significance, Greenfield, a subsidiary of Tomco, is the first company to receive CORT licensing from Petroteq Energy. Greenfield recently acquired a 10% membership interest in an oil rich section of Asphalt Ridge, Utah that is currently under lease by Tar Sands Holdings II LLC.

In order to commence large mining operations on this property, a reclamation surety bond of $796,000 was posted to the DOGM (Division of Oil, Gas and Mining of Utah). The Division requires all mines and exploration projects to post reclamation surety.

A Reclamation Surety Bond ensures the company responsible for mining will also be responsible for the cleanup. Mining has an impact on the land and water around it, and after the mining operation has changed or has been completed, companies have a responsibility to ensure that the land and water are safe for future generations of people, plants, and animals.

Damac, I think we might have to assume a "fudge" from Lopy! Looks like another of those statements with nothing to back it up with. Not another I hear you say! Zero knowledge. Maybe Fenners will help him out....

Hi rmart .. Is that soon or TOMco soon?
I thought we'd be getting the reserves report at the end of October.

Has the delay been because of any additional data needed from the extra drilling we are doing? DF

Just noticed if you zoom in to the bottom left hand corner of the picture looks like there is a drilling rig being set up. Think we will get spud news next week.https://twitter.com/TomcoEnergyPLC/status/1460655278530211852?s=20
