If the directors are not willing to buy in why should anyone else? Sheer folly?

damac .. you really are the fount of all knowledge.

I have a friend [yes I have a friend] in America. He bought 800,000 TOMco
shares at the US equivalent of about 0.48p about a year ago.

He struggled to buy these shares and had to find a new US broker. Not easy he said.

Directors do not buy because their only role is to insure the fantasy oil stories, keep on getting churned out. Posters like Fish neck are part and parcel of the scam.

You see, to look legitimate, having an apparent outsider, become one of your experts, on one of your share forums, helps the Mug Punter feel safe. Never trust a word Fishneck says, he is in cahoots on the scam.

Potter will never buy, he knows the script, which is roughly this. Fabricate, wonderfully ridiculous stories ie Oil in sand, Musical Rods, Rain stops play, Minor suspensions, then back trading, joint ventures, confused tales of leases, finances, oil reserves etc.

Remember if Potter was to buy, he would never get his money back. Why?

Because never will Tomco draw an ounce of oil from anywhere. If on the back of a ludicrous story the share price rose, if then Potter cashed in his shares, the share price would crash. So rather than buy, people like Fishneck are used to try cover the tracks of these reprobates.

Hope that helps?

Good morning,

I agree they could have maybe taken part in previous placings, although it doesn't always look great Directors buying at such discounts and placings have always been well supported by investors therefore no real need at the time.

The issue now, with 2 fast moving projects in progress, the Board are permanently inside on info therefore unable to buy.

I hope this covers your question,

They don't buy because they know it's going nowhere, look at the history of tomco, all promises and still haven't sold a litre of oil

Is it not extraordinary that TOM's well paid non execs and JP seem unwilling to buy shares in TOM - does this not indicate their lack of confidence in TOM. LOOK AT THEIR OTHER INTERESTS which are on public record where clearly they have invested.
WHY are the directors so reluctant and what is being held back?

As explained to the dullards on the dark side the other day…..

A house broker will prefer to take up the warrants when the project has been massively de-risked and everything is pointing to the share price making substantial rises. The house broker would then (if the decision is to sell), disposes of those shares in a responsible manner against an anticipated rising SP, in such a way that causes as little suppression to the client's share price as possible.

Online it is 0.6875p sell and 0.6985p buy for 1 Mill.

Why isn't the share price 0.69p and 0.7p ?

With these share prices on offer very shortly they can multi bag and they have helped the company. The lowest forecast gives them a 10bag.

DCF sensitivity for the project - NPV in GBp per share

WTI Currently $76.

I am really struggling to see what people want from buying shares, this should be 5p already.

I think they will be held too. Was merely pointing out that were Novum to cash them there would be no dump! As house broker it's their responsibility. Anyway they have just supported the company to the tune of £210,000....on with the drilling.

It would be cool if they had a buyer for the whole 46 Mill.
