It will also be very nice to see the share price rising as we get closer to Nov 15 despite the fact the we will obviously see the other thread in turbo mode as we go up.

One of the problems that faces JP is that he no assistance on the ground and working alone as most will agree can be tricky if it is a complex project. Here is a situation, one senior employee plus three NED's plus KIRCHNER PLUS HOW MANY ADVISORS, which is a classic muddle and to be fair to JP is UNTENABLE. Had the Board realised that JP was in an impossible position, two less part timers but one full time technical employee could have made a world of difference.

Look at the glowing write up about JP on the website and now you suggest he is not a good communicator. How on earth can he fulfil his role as CEO if he cannot communicate? THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A WELL MANAGED PLC AND YOU HAVE JUST SHOT ITS LEADER. WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST? JP WILL LOVE YOU !

Tomco need a good communicator. JP is good in his role but I doube even he would say he is suitable for doing those investor meet company presentations and q and a sessions.

then again, if the company get this deal done by 15 nov then the share price will be in the pennies anyway so maybe no need for any of that stuff ?

From qfi rns-- Utah - Our project in Utah involves using MSAR(R) technology to emulsify low-sulphur heavy oil from oil-sand deposits located at the Petroteq Oil Sands Plant ('POSP') at Asphalt Ridge in Utah, USA, which is operated by Greenfield Energy LLC ("Greenfield"). Due to both COVID-19 and adverse weather conditions, the POSP start-up and commissioning process experienced delays, resulting in the required oil samples from site not being received at QRF until August 2021. During August our Research, Development and Innovation ('RDI') team at QRF successfully converted these samples to both MSAR(R) and bioMSAR(TM), and in September a report was issued to Greenfield in accordance with our Commercial Trial Agreement. Quadrise is now working with Greenfield to review the requirements for future commercial implementation.

Looks to me like ducky fuzz has been taking some notice of what has been discussed over here and has framed some questions

Which of course he gained no answers to so far.

Having raised similar points I expect those answers if they ever arrive to be woolly half promises lacking in the details.

Its seems fairly obvious the latest "plan" is to fall back to traditional drilling in the hope of getting enough money together to buy the land.

Essentially forgetting all about CORT's green credentials , for now at least and risking falling out with the Eco warriors in UTAH.

We know that does not have to go well (no pun intended) either.

The 31st DEC 2022 will arrive too soon and their will likely be another attempted fudge to avoid writing off the $2m - IF they ever get around to that..


As far as raising $110m unlikely ever.

Who from ?
UK lender to UK company ? With Sterling maybe falling 10% will they want the FX risk?

How about a US lender to a UK company , with no collateral ?

Vis a vis your recent reply to DF do you have authority to speak for TOM ? Are you a shadow director ON BEHALF OF JP or one of TOM's many advisors. If you are to post information here, you should state your capacity in so doing. In the past you have spoken with some certainty about the goings on that did not go on. Unless you have information not in public domain, you must ensure that you do not speak with certainty, only your personal hypothesis.
