If TOM asked the shareholders to vote if they are happy for TOM to pay these monies to have an extended time to get a satisfactory deal, majority will vote for it.

I cannot see TOM being able to borrow to fund the 10%. They have no income. Why should a bank take the risk; there are plenty of companies generating profit who are unable to borrow. It is not unreasonable that the Directors have kicked the can down the lane if they had no other option. To come out with another enter stage right moment to fund the 10% lends me to suspect that it is unlikely to happen. Good on them if they do because it will dig them out of a hole. No third party land deal and they are back to a highly dilutive placing.

Nip over to the other thread and it is 'no problems here mate, it is all part of the plan'.

It is going to be very difficult to avoid this car crash.

With this low sulphur oil oil , does that mean it will lower sulphur in petrol and diesel in vehicles.

That is your assumption not what the company are saying.

Last week according to you TOM had the cash and the 10% deposit was a done deal. They clearly did not have the cash to take a decision and they did not do the deal. As ever you were making assumptions and 100% wrong.

Back to Tomco, I have to say that despite the 6 week (maximum) extention the share price is doing very well. Still 25% up this month despite the naysayers predicting a big drop of 20% plus yesterday.

I think it will hold here maybe between .6 and .7 for the next few weeks until the news finally comes on the land deal being secured.

Like others have said. Tomco have now paid $500k out. They would not have parted with this last $200k if they did not have the rest secured for the 10%.

Had the announcement yesterday been about the full amount paid and the land secured then the share price would be well over a penny now in my opinion. I expect it to get there when the deal is completed. Roll on 15th Nov (maximum).

Well still 1 1/2 days left of this "transformational week" which rmart told everyone , the land deal happens in.....

Funny how now he seems back to waiting ... one would think despite his overbearing confidence of the land purchase this week , that he really didn't know what he was talking about.

But the sceptics amongst us said , a fudge will happen....

Share price rose on speculation and falls on the RNS.

You are the one trumpeting the moves in share price , you could have kept the profit.

The directors have NO equity. They can appear confident and purposeful when standing to benefit and carrying no risk. Simpletons will be impressed by the further payment but ask the more discerning investors what they really think. If this goes belly up the directors will argue they acted in good faith and maybe collect an ex gratia. This is normally quite acceptable and defensible.

The well known investor and share pundit RMART seems to believe that ANDREW JONES has a link here. Yet another folly on the part of RMART.
